The flat was very well equipped,washing machine,hair dryer,iron, ironing board were all a bonus,kitchen had everything you need.great location for shopping centre and also lidl,mercadona and spar for all your needs.appartment is in a very quiet complex wich might not suit everyone especially young people. Sun is on the terrace from morning until late wich was fantastic. Would definitely return.

Bathroom needs updating but in saying that everything was functional. There is no pool wich was missed but 15 walk to beach all downhill .if any walking issues would be unsuitable.

The apartmentis in a great location . Clean, great views everything you need for your stay is supplied. The host is amazing , friendly and helpful. Can't wait to stay again soon.

Good size. Good staff. Good facilities. Nice area, near lidl and local shops and restaurants. Quick walk to beach like 7 minutes. Really nice overall. Everything you need.

I didn't mind it but its uphill when walking to it. Bed was okay and tv was ok. Rest was perfect.

Beautiful apartment

Nice apartment, quiet neighborhood, close to the shops and restaurants. There is a nice long sandy beach in Puerto del Carmen, in my opinion one of the nicest on the island. The apartment is not the newest, but has everything for a comfortable stay. Would definitely book it again

The couch needs to be fixed, it comes apart when rolled out. Also it would be nice to have some cooking basics (oil, salt and spices) in the kitchen, a shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom and a few extra toilet paper rolls. Other than that, it was all good.

Everything about the apartment was great. Location location location - the apt was well equipped with all the essentials u need and more. There is shops literally shops at every turn. Great area for food, coffee.. a short walk to the beach front and also the old town. The host was great to deal with. No hassle check in and check out. 100% will stay here on my next return. Thanks ✌️

We booked this for six nights over the new year period and our whole stay exceeded our expectations. Due to the price, we expected the apartment to be basic. Whilst this isn't a 5* resort, it had absolutely everything we needed and more for our stay. This is a block of several apartments and we stayed in the ground floor apartment (4b) which can actually sleep up to 4 people. Whilst there, my husband and I agreed this was the best placed of the apartments, being on the end, nobody passed you at all, and we were later informed that this was the biggest of the apartments by the owner. It has a nice sized lounge with a TV, sofa, dining table and kitchenette. Whilst it didn't have a full oven, we never even used the two hobs, but it does include a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. A little washing up liquid and hand wash was provided when we arrived, but being self-catering we weren't expecting there to be much else. This wasn't a problem as there was a Spa a few minutes walk away which my husband would take a stroll down to each morning to buy fresh bread, cheese and ham etc. The absolute highlight of the apartment is the patio. It gets the sun all day, so we could open up the French windows to their fullest, sit and enjoy the morning sun with a coffee as well as a glass of wine as we watched the sun set across the water and go behind Fuerteventura of an evening - the view was lovely. The apartment is only a five minute walk to PDC marina, but it is set back enough that it is peaceful and quiet. We did not realise the owner actually lives in one of the apartments herself until she introduced herself on our last day, when she brought us a bottle of sparkling wine to enjoy for NYE. If we returned I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

The pillows were a little soft on the bed, but with everything else exceeding our expectations, I didn't let this spoil our stay.

It's walking distance from puerto del carmen where the touristics places are.. Many ships and restaurants nearby. The place is so quiet though it's near from everything.
