This is what I call a 10 on 10 property. Excellent location, great staff and top-notch cleanliness. Perfect for young families.

Watching the sun rise over the roofs of Seville on the terrace of this apartment was a magical start to our visit to Andalucia. We were totally spoiled by the beauty and convenience of this apartment. The apartment was stylish and attractive, with cooling floors (we were there in late July), a marvelous bathroom and compact kitchen. The air-conditioning works well (check near the sofa for the controller), and there is a clever system of window shutters. You simply cannot get closer to the Cathedral or Real Alcazar -- meeting our tour guide by the Plaza del Triunfo was literally a three-minute journey. There are convenient vendors below and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

I could not for the life of me figure out how to use the washing machine. I pulled up an instruction manual online but it was still confusing to an American.

This property was in an ideal location, it had stunning views and was very clean! The sounds of the street below were comforting and typically Sevillian! Victoria met us there and was so welcoming, attentive and informative!

I can hardly imagine a better place to stay while visiting Seville. The apartment, on the top floor, with a personal open terrace, overviewing the best angle of the Cathedral , the main plaza and literally few meters away from Alcazar, is breathtaking. Imagine waking up, opening the large widows in the dining room and seeing the Cathedral right in front, then going on terrace and sipping coffee with the Cathedral in sight just for yourself, above the crowds. Or having glass of wine late at night on the terrace. See the pics I took while there. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, with inner staircases to the loft bedroom and the terrace. Bathrooms are sumptuous, kitchen fully equipped, beds very comfy. By all means this was one of the very best places I have ever stayed while vacationing and I hope to visit again.

the bed…I think its time to change uncomfortable mattresses or change it for queen bed. twin beds pretending to be a queen bed is not a good idea, definitely not for couples, you fall in between the beds. wifi is very poor

Location is very good, in the center near the cathedral. Access was good and without problems. But..

The pictures that are in booking are from another apartment. The host have two apartments, but the use pictures with terrace that is present only in one of the apartment. Also, the write that the apartment has 3 beds to create confusion that you are paying for the bigger apartment the one with 2 bedrooms. In this way the small apartment har 2 small beds in one room and a couch in the livingroom. This, and with terrace pictures, you pay more that you want for a 1 bedroom appartment

Everything. Perfect location. More than enough space. Free laundry (soap provided as well). Shower was incredible. Bathroom was spacious. Cant ask for anything else. Also, something of note: when booking your room, there are three apartments, the top one (3rd floor) is the only one with the terrace and when you look at the options, the title will say terrace. If it doesnt, then it is not the 3rd floor. The view is still good, but it's not listed anywhere else.

The whole two beds side by side to equal one "queen" bed is annoying. Cant get close to one another or you fall inbetween. One of those twin bed's mattress is done. Time for a new one. Im not a big person and I would sink in. An amazing location with the best view of the Giralda in the old part of the city and a beautifully appointed appartment.

A mechanism on the sofa bed was broken and couldn’t be fixed over the weekend but the local team responded as well as they could under the circumstances.

The apartment was lovely and comfortable and the location was exceptional.

Disappointing in some areas. The key was not in the box on arrival. The cleaner eventually came down and handed us only one set of keys (we were 2 couples) wordlessly with no explanation as to which key opened what. One of the 2 toilets was broken and never fixed. A large painting was off the wall and sitting on a chair. Instructions were poor and scanty and it took us several days to locate the air con upstairs. We couldn’t open windows for air as mosquitoes flew in. The kitchen was poorly equipped had we wanted to cook. There were dead and dying plants on the terrace and hanging cupboards stuffed with junk.

The whole apartment felt run down and in need of renovation. The kitchen in particular was poor. We stayed here 3 years ago and there were no signs that anything had been improved. The terrace furniture was not fit for purpose (apart from 2 arm chairs). Noisy air conditioning. Minute kettle. The awnings on the terrace did not work (just like 3 years ago).

best location in all of seville! this was a two floor penthouse with a massive terrace facing the castle and the cathedral and you can hear the carriages pass by it was BEYOND MAGICAL like out of a dream! Amenities were generous and there was a folder laid out for us with everything we needed from information, wifii, restaurants, activities it was very helpful and organized! i still cannot believe we got so lucky with such an apartment! will definitely return in the future and will recommend it to everyone i know!

The location is unbeatable - Waking up to the view of the cathedral is a special experience. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean, and has everything you need. The communication was great, and the staff checked in on us to make sure we’re enjoying our stay. Highly recommended!

The property was in a perfect location with magnificent views. Central and close to everything we needed. Valentina (the host) was amazing as well - she provided a list of attractions and restaurants for us to check out and all of her suggestions were excellent.

This is how an apartment should be run. Our host was fantastic. She went out of her way to make sure we could gain easy entry, and had everything we needed during our stay. Excelent communication too.

Avoid ORIO, the restaurant nearby. It's a tourist rip off joint, grossly overcharging guests for very poor quality food as well as adding items whcih were never ordered to the bill.
