We spent 3 nights here and it was just right. We were unlucky because 2 days were very rainy but Tinh the host did everything she could to help us weather the storm. Lots of helpful advice on what to do how to book onward travel, taxis into Hoi An, bargain spa experience, free bikes to ride, free umbrellas!!!

The room was cosy, good fan and aircon, nice shower.
Its about 5 mins walk from the beach, we did have one lovely afternooon relaxing there. Afterwards we had a peaceful bike ride hrough the allotments and rice paddies
If is sunny this is a great base to explore Hoi An and the surrounding area, Grab is 30-80000 into town and very easy
If its raining you may be better off in town
Overall Tinh made our stay really enjoyable and she was always available for help and advice

This place is a gem. Exactly how it looks in the photos. Family run and they were all super nice, especially Tinh who went out of her way to help with anything you need. Great location 5 minutes walk to beach. I want to live there!!!

The owner of the homestay was very friendly and very helpful. Great location nearby the beach and only about 10 mins ride from the old city center. There are also a lot of nice restaurants around. It was clean and very comfy. Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay, which feels far from Hoi An but still very worth it. Taxi prices are really low and you will get some much in return compared to the city.
The host Thinh is really friendly and accommodating so a big shout out to her. She can help you with all your questions. Rooms food everything was great 😄

very comfortable stay. close to the beach and many food options around. warm and friendly owner tinh who helped with arranging the transport from airport and into hoi an. there is also an awesome spa just opposite that you can get discount if you are staying here.
the sitting area outside is small without view but I don't really stay outside.

Comfortable and spacious room with a big patio at the back. The bathroom was nice, having the outdoor shower feeling. The interior design was also charming. It's located in a quiet street among houses. The beach is around 5 min walk, and nearby is a local wet market. The owner was friendly and also helped getting the rental motorbike and airport shuttle service.
The breakfast was offered free of charge since we stayed for 3 nights, which was a surprise. It was delicious.

It’s lovely and small but very relaxing right at the beach!
the building work next door waking us up early every day wasn’t great….but we have stayed here before and didn’t have this. so it must have been a one off.

Perfect location in this sweet little village at the beach with many great restaurants around and also just 10min from Hoi An. The staff in the hostel was really friendly, breakfast choice great and really worth the price. The rooms were small but very clean, also the bathroom.
Our outside sitting area on front of the room was rather small and just made of concrete without garden view.

The Place and the Host were amazing. As it is not in Hoi An but a bit further out I assume its a bit more quiet than in town. But by bike/Taxi you'll be fast in town, could even be walked in an hour. Its only a few minutes by walk to the beach and there is lots of foodoptions arround.
The room itself was really beautiful and clean. The Host was very helpful, with organising bicycles, tours, airport pickup and other advice and in general very welcoming.
We really enjoyed it here and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Staff accommodating at odd check-in times, breakfast surprisingly good, helped arrange motorbike, on time - fast and efficient, no stress.
Water pressure is very weak, bathroom sink is too tall it was difficult to use. I'm only 158cm

The location was a win, very short walk to the quiet side of the beach. The room itself was very pretty and felt like a beach hut! The shower was very nice, everything was clean and there was a fridge which helped alot. I have nothing bad to say about this accommodation, loved it. The owner was really nice too, our flight was late in the evening so she let us stay until 8pm for a small fee so we could shower and nap. She also organised a taxi for us cheaper than the going rate. Room had a dimmer too which was lovely for the evenings, fan and air con were much appreciated

The decorations were perfectly the same at reviews on app. There were also 2 small chairs outside so we can take off our stuff when we get back. A big fan on the ceiling was useful to drying our clothes in such bad weather. The room was clean and full of facilities as well.
We stayed in a rainy day unfortunately so it was terrible to ride from the homestay to the ancient town (about 15 mins). We willing to do that with normal weather instead. And besides, the bathroom also got rain because of a ceiling door so it was a little wet. Finally it was quiet difficult to find the house cus it dont have any exact address

Perfect location! A minute walk to the beach, 10 mins in a taxi to Hoi An old town, lots of lovely restaurants, cafes and shops within reach if you need snacks, water, coffee or a meal! It was absolutely pouring down when we arrived (no beach day for us!) but we took a quick taxi to the indoor food market in Old town Hoi An and used the outdoor kitchen at Cashew Tree to make a meal - a super lovely and romantic night! The hosts could not have been more accommodating and helpful. The room was clean, bright and comfy. Especially loved the shower with plants! Will definitely be coming back and staying for much longer - hopefully it'll be sunny next time 🤣❤
