We had a great time! The property was great, no issues at all!

The condo is pretty big and can sleep a lot of people. Only downfall was the cleanliness. Also, be careful. 2 people in my group hit their heads on the concrete countertop since the sectional is sitting underneath a part of it. Overall, would book again.

Condo is nice as advertised, had to wait when we arrived to check in because owner didn't send details when he said he would. Owner didn't communicate parking arrangements well and then fined us when we parked in spots next to Condo.

The condo was nice size for the 8 adults in our party. The boat slip was a bit of a hike for one in our group who has foot problems but otherwise things went very well!

We stayed here in July 2021 and everything was great. Plenty of space for 6 of us in the unit and the views of the water with the state park across from us were great. The condo was very clean and exactly as the pictures show. Would highly recommend!

Our group of friends stayed for the weekend for a fun little weekend getaway. The boat slip was easy to access and the boat launch at the state park was close by. Condo was really nice and the listing was accurate. The deck has a really nice view and table/chairs to use. Spreading out your showers will help the water heater keep up. We recommend staying here!

Overall we were satisfied with the rental. However, the wi-fi was spotty and unreliable and only have cable/satellite in the main room wasn't ideal. We would rent here again if these few things were upgraded.

Very Clean abs great location

The check in and communication with the property owner was extremely easy. The cleanliness could have been a little better - water bottles were left on tv stands, some food in the freezer. But overall, a great week away.

There was plenty of room, great view, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Very accurate listing. Would go back for sure!

Overall it was an awesome stay. Great location. Very close to the outlet, which we loved. The condo was very nice and spacious for my family of 6. Will definitely stay again.

It was in the perfect location. Had great parking and elevators. Lots of room. Clean condo. We stayed during the summer and it was so good we booked for fall also.

A friend of mine and I were both driving 5-6 hours to meet up for our annual girls' weekend. We read the previous reviews commenting on issues with cleanliness of the property, but each review said the owner made it right, rated the property well and the owner commented that he had changed his cleaning crew so we assumed the cleanliness issue had been resolved. We were wrong and after driving for 6 hours, I walked into a property with 2 unmade beds, dirty towels in both bathrooms, disheveled furniture and fingerprints on the furniture and appliances. Both the owner and the cleaning crew were out of town and the property could not be cleaned that day, but the owner said he would TRY to get someone over on the next day. We were lucky enough to find another property for the weekend, only because it was the offseason. The owner did make it right and gave me a full refund, but the experience overall was not good. If our stay was during the busy season we would not have had any other options as there would not have been any other properties available. My only advice for this property is to confirm either the owner or the cleaning crew will be in town for the dates of your reservation should any issues arise.

Ok, not very clean and no household supplies.

The condo is on the 4th floor, and elevator close by. This was great for my father in law! There were 6 of us and we were thrilled to be able to bring our dogs. The owner responded quickly. To a question we had during our stay. The 3 bedrooms on the main floor were comfortable. The 3rd bathroom is upstairs so the younger couple used it. We loved the convenience to the restaurants and shopping! It’s nice that they have a boat slip to use as well. We rented a boat for the day, so we didn’t need to use the boat slip. It’s absolutely a wonderful place to stay!! We would highly recommend it and would love to come back again! Thank you Brian for letting us stay!!!!
