Franck was very nice and helpful.
The place was furnished cheaply and showed considerable wear. It was obviously redone for the quick turnover tourist trade rather than any "real" occupants. The welcoming "gift" of a 1" x 1" bag of pretzel pieces sums up the overall warmth of the presentation.

Very central location right in the heart of Colmar. Within a secluded courtyard so was quiet and private. Well equipped. Excellent value for money.
Lots of steps and we had heavy suitcases! But the concierge helped us on arrival which was great.

Big with 2 rooms
Too many stairs and hard to load up our 25 kg luggages in 3 pcs and without storage area but need to pay extra.

Check in is between 4-8pm, outside these hours not even luggage can be dropped. (Only at an external luggage storage for extra

Charming architecture and great location.
We had to choose between leaving the windows open to stay cool, but it being very noisy all night, and closing them to make it more quiet, but then being too warm to sleep.

The location was great! The Studio was also cute and the staff was nice!

Nice very tiny apartment with amenities.
I stayed in Hansi
Note the air conditioner is a portable unit. We had to set it up ourselves and stick the pipe out the window.
Also it is tiny, there is no space for luggage or even sitting at the kitchen bench as pictured.

where you check in was a messy, dirty room, that back alley was dirty and dark (found another way on side street that was so much better), so many stairs were hard

The studio is situated in the city center but you cannot hear any noise.
The kitchen has everything that you may need during our stay.
The bed was really confortable but a Little too small.

everything was perfect!! the location is amazing, the studio was perfect size for two. Kitchen is great and everything was very clean. Frank was great as well.

It's really a cute complex and setting. Picturesque ++. .Location was perfect. Very quiet. Good communication with Frank. All in all, a good price/value ratio
Quite cramped space when using the sofa bed- but that was a minor inconvenience. 36 stairs- no lift- just a heads up. Did not like the crinkly plastic mattress protector.

Very nice studio in the center of the old town, close to all sights. We were pleasantly surprised to be welcomed with a bottle of Alsatian wine. Opposite the building is the Fer Rouge restaurant with good local cuisine.

A beautiful apartment with all the comforts of home located centrally in a gorgeous old town. I had no idea Colmar was such a beautiful place. I couldn't fault the place. Thank you for a wonderful stay and if I ever have the opportunity to visit Colmar again I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Great apartment in the middle of it all. No parking but several parking garages near by and a quick easy walk. Nice big apartment with cloths washer and full kitchen. Very comfy beds and living room overlooking the main drag of Colmar. Prime location and very comfortable apartment. Check in was easy and the hosts were great.
It would be nice to have two sets of keys, or a lock box on some sort. Juggling access between two parties was a challenge. Perhaps request a second set of keys when booking.

the apartment given to us has nothing similar to what is shown in the pictures of the accommodation, double bed was quite small and not very comfortable

Small flies like fruitflies were flying in the kitchen. Probably 10-15 of them.
WiFi was very slow. I wasn't able to send photos.

Great location, cute property located in a quiet courtyard in the heart of Colmar. Everything you need for a holiday is available.
Far too many emails received. Everything was clean enough, but it could do with a deep clean e.g. under the sofa or the cobwebs in the bedroom. More attention to detail would take this place from good to fantastic.

Great location! Great outdoor areas! Charming building set back from the Main Street so quiet.
The apartment had all the facilities but was quite compact.

The location is in the center of old town close to every attraction, the host was amazing, brought us an aircon to the room when it was hot and helped us renting bikes(20€\day) which made our trip perfect.
Backyard was perfect for a late night wine and quiet getaway place from the city streets

Franck is an excellent host. Location is calm and near to many restaurants. Baggage service is a big plus.
Could have been great if we had 1 more blanket.
Kitchen paper could be also a good addition. Rest is all good.

we booked this bc it had two beds-we pulled out sofa bed and mattress cover was disgusting with hairs and stains and dirt and crumbs. they said they didn’t clean or make Sofa bed if booking was only for two people?!? what?!?

Apartment Effala is great, big, spacious, two bedroom, separate livingroom, big enough kitchen, nicely decorated, super central.
I would have like that more attention for the cleaning, especially in the kitchen, in the cabinets, etc.
