The location and number of beds made this a perfect family apartment in Cartagena. We stayed with our three kids ages 7, 7, and 10. The three slept in one bedroom, each with their own bed, side by side and that went well. Us parents slept in the other bedroom. The balcony is amazing with a spectacular view.
We all had a great time at the building's swimming pools and swam in the pool and/or ocean each day.
The kitchen is big enough to cook in and the grocery store is within walking distance. Carulla (castillo grande - not the boca grande one) was the best walkable market.
Mayi is very responsive and even helped book a trip for us. We would book this apartment again.

Mayi and her husband Eddie made our trip very memorable. The apartment is centrally located to many restaurants and right across the street to a beach. The location is safe and very clean. An added bonus, if you are interested in excursions, recommendations of food, sightseeing or what to expect in Cartagena Mayi will help you navigate all of your needs.

Cartagena is a beautiful city and easy to get around. The property was located on the 27th floor with spectacular ocean views.
The host Mayi and Edwin was very good in communicating with us. We ware there with my husband and our 2 teenagers,18 y/o.

I searched around for apartments in Bocagrande and found this place to be in the premier location. Right in front of the beach with sunset views, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, travel offices and much much more. I would highly recommend.

This property was great value. It was accurately represented and the view is AMAZING, It was very conveniently located - beach was easily accessible, old town was a few minutes away by taxi. The apartment was well appointed and the hosts were very responsive to our questions and needs. They even arranged an excursion for us! The building has good security, and the staff were friendly.

The Palmetto Eliptic Experience
When we arrived at the complex, Mayi and her husband were waiting for us in the main lobby. We were checked-in and escorted to our Apartment Rental Unit Immediately by Mayi and her husband. The unit was very clean, well kept and organized. Anytime we needed assistance with inconsistencies in the unit, Mayi and her husband were on the spot to troubleshoot. The surroundings of the complex were awesome. The beach is located directly across the street in front of the building. All of the best restaurants are in the area are located one block away opposite the beach. The building staff were very Professional, helpful and friendly. The neighborhood residents are sociable and friendly. We truly enjoyed ourselves and plan to rent from Mayi again on our next trip to Columbia.
