The view and the parking in the basement.

The noisy construction in front and the fact that nobody advertised us of it. If we had know we would never have spent our holidays there.

Very clean, in a residential area, in proximity to many cafes and bars. The town is a good starting point to explore island.

There is a heavy construction right next to the apartment, causing a lot of noise from the early morning hours. Apart from that there is no central heating or additional electric heaters in the apartament, so the evenings and the mornings are quite cold.

Apartment was perfectly prepared and had everything we need. Balcony offers nice view over the Atlantic. Area around the apartment is mainly of locals offering nice bars and coffees.

As temperature droped below 20°C outside, it got a bit chilly at the apartment. Missing any heating equipment.

Waking up with the room filled in golden colour of sun from the sunrise was the best part of this apartment. Location is perfect for someone with no car, local bus stop and SAM bus stops are within walkable distance. Jose is very kind, attentive and helpful. Anything that I needed during my stay, he helped me with instantly. Flat is spotless clean and I know for sure that I will be coming back to this place in the future. In short I would highly recommend this place to anyone, everything you need when on holiday is here with the bonus of having a helpful host Jose.
