The hotel is beautifully decorated all in out. Both room and toilet are Spacious and clean. Staffs/receptionists are good,nice and friendly. The hotel got lot of parking outside.
The hotel provides instagrammable spots
Very limited tv channels, no room door bell, the wifi was not great , no breakfast offer option , the wall is not soundproof enough. However it is good for short vacay.

Everything from the interior and customer service support were exceptional. Credit to the receptionist for having an impeccable photography skill 😇

Room is clean, bed is comfortable, the emvironment is very pretty, staff are friendly also. The hallway is well decorated, great for picture taking.
The soundprofing was really bad. Can hear the water pipe flushing sound for the whole night, even what people are talking outside the door and even next door.

Even stay in room at the corner still heard the lift bell sound.

The hotel interior design was creative and unique.

Everything is absolutely amazing. The room and bathroom is clean. Family room is spacious with a sofa area as well. Can fir more than 4 people.

Receptionist is unfriendly. Black face & refuse to communicate while I'm check in. My request during booking all ignore, room was far away from lift & was given a no window room. Bed was small, glass door in bath room was noisy.

The design and location is the greatest thing about this hotel. Cheap compared to others hotel.
A lot of parking lot and comfortable bed and toilet.
The aircond in our room take a while to feel the cold.
Suggest hotel to service the aircond as Ipoh is known for its hot weather :)
Other than that, the hotel is perfect.

Anticipated the need for family by providing many pillows....
On my last day, the reception boy very blur and not attentive at all.....he look like not enough sleep
