Appartamento ristrutturato, letti comodissimi, host molto gentile e disponibile, vicino alla stazione, silenzioso.
Il quartiere non è bello esteticamente, ma tranquillo: abbiamo lasciato la macchina per strada senza avere problemi.

The apartment was tastefully decorated and felt comfortable. The enclosed terrace was especially nice to have; we could have breakfast outside and enjoy the stars at night.
There was food for breakfast; an Italian breakfast and my brother especially enjoyed the espresso machine. This was especially helpful on our first morning.
The two hosts were very pleasant and felt like family. They were most helpful, when we had to pay for a toll we missed on the way there. Be sure to talk to the rental car people or others to help you understand the autostrada tolls and electronic surveillance. It could save you a lot of grief and lost vacation time.
The apartment was a block from a little piazza, which had a bar, hotel with a good restaurant and a small grocery store. We were living like locals.

Чистота, наличие всей посуды, капсул для кофе, чай, сахар, ванные принадлежности. Постельное белье белоснежное. Близость железнодорожного вокзала, Помпей, Везувия, порта в Кастелламаре, откуда ходят паромы на Капри, магазины в шаговой доступности. Бесплатная стоянка у дома, где всегда есть места.
На фото была терраса. По факту ее не было. Далеко от пляжа. Но, учитывая, что пляжи в этом регионе сложно назвать хорошими, после знакомства с ними особого желания их посещать не возникло. Ездили на пляж за Кастеламаре.

Great communication, space with sitting bench infront of apartment which can be used instead of terrace, clean apartment. No problem with parking and also close to train station (connection to Naples).
Kitchen is small but it is as desribed so no issues.

This apartment was in a great location, walking distance to the train station, close to shops and restaurants. Joe and Antonio were very friendly and extremely helpful with recommendations. Would definitely recommend this place.
The only con I would say is not having a washing machine

Place is clean, spacious and conveniently located between 2 train stations with easy connection to Naples, Sorrento and Salerno. There is a supermarket almost next door. The area is not so great in terms of tourists interest, but you stay here for the price, connections and Pompeii. Host is superb helpful and communication is great, he helped us greatly with transport and transfers. Wifi is excellent.
room a bit hot ( we had no aircon ) especially if sleeping upstairs, with open windows at night to make it cooler too much noise from outside ( do Italians work at night and sleep during day ? ). Also it should be clarified that "breakfast included" means wardrobe full of coffee, jams, honey and hard bread and long life sweet croissants. Lastly the images showed a balcony / outside sitting, but we got a room without it.

An attractive, spacious and comfortable apartment; a great place to stay for the week to prevent that claustrophobic feeling you can get from hotel rooms. It was especially good for us as we like to be busy in the day, and back home in the evening, and this apartment had the facilities to relax and enjoy our evenings in.
Everything was very clean and tidy, very close to supermarkets for food, and very close to train station for trips out.
The Apartment is in a very friendly, quiet neighbourhood, and in the centre of some excellent places to visit both up and down the coast. Pompeii and Ercolano were the jewels in the crown for us, and the coastal towns of Sorrento and Solerno were just wonderful to visit too for a couple of slightly more restful days! And of course the very striking Vesuvius almost ever present everywhere we went, plus taking in the local neighbourhoods away from the tourist areas was very much enjoyed too.
The hosts were incredibly helpful with places to shop and eat, and with any questions we had or help we needed, and picked us up from the local station when we arrived at the local station.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and were sad to leave.
This wasn’t a problem for us at all as we really enjoyed a more authentic stay and the adventure of travelling and finding places, but it was in a residential area and so you really needed to get a train to visit any landmarks or areas of interest, or to eat out.
The snacks available for breakfast were plentiful and varied, but not to my taste - but no problem as shops were nearby.

Very beautifully designed house, close to the famous Pompei ruins. The owner was very communicative and helpful. We missed the last train from Naples to Pompei (after 9 pm) and were stucked in the city, so the owner Joe arranged a private transport for us from Naples, which costed us almost the half price that the taxis asked for. Thank you Joe!

the apartment is super nice, useful, clean, and we’ll decorated. the shower is small but nice hot water. the terrace is a really nice detail.
They left us enough coffee, toasts and other biscuits for the whole stay and more. we highly recommend it!
location is not the best. if you don’t have a car, need something more centric.
also it’s tough to get food delivery in the area, and not many options to eat at night if you go by walking

After 3 days in Rome, my wife and my 9 y/o son, we decided to venture to Pompeii, visit old ruins and Mount Vesuvius. After having walked 15-20 km each day in Rome we arrived by train to Pompeii totally exhausted. So having a good night of sleep in a place where we could feel like at home was very important. We chose “Melito 30 - Raiola Welcome”. The apartment was simply awesome, super clean, lots of space, TV, wifi with “one click” instructions, snacks, breakfast, drinking water etc etc. But what made our stay like at home was personal attention we received from our host Mr. Joe. Double check of our arrival time, suggestions of where to have a late night dinner with multiple google maps location links. We were met upon our arrival by Joe’s colleague Mr. Antonio – one of these awesome Italians whose image you will never forget :). The place itself is 10 min away from the entrance to the old Pompeii site, easy to find when using google maps. So all in all – we will always remember our morning coffee at “Melito 30 - Raiola Welcome” in Pompeii. Thank you Mr. Joe, thank you Mr. Antonio :).

We are traveling around Naples and Pompeii and this was so far the best place that we have stayed. Staff was very helpful and kind. Apartment was very clean and everything was thought out. There were free snacks and great breakfast. Kitchen was equipped with everything to prepare meals and have a great sit down with our company. Recommend this place for everyone.

Breakfast was provided - everything was there when we arrived. Plenty of milk, lovely coffee, toasts, butter, yogurts as outlined in the description. There was also a box of snacks which kept us going all week with our lunches. If you wanted to get fresh bread, there was a nearby COOP (3 mins away) which had this and, of course, anything else you would need if you wanted to "eat in" - which we did. Kitchen had enough pots and pans to do this. Huge and soft towels in the bathroom. Very quiet location. Super terrace which also had some shade but a bench on the opposite of the property if you wanted more sun. We used the sofa bed too - which was easy to put out and away each day and was huge and comfortable. Excellent security with a fob to open the gate and put on an outside light. Air conditioning - which we used a little in the evening - was very efficient. WiFi also excellent. What you see in the photos is what is you get - lovely accommodation. This accommodation is not in the hustle and bustle of a busy tourist resort but it is a short walk to bus and train services and you can be in Sorrento in 30 mins in one direction and Naples in 30 mins in the other. Pompeii is walk-able as is Villa Poppaea at Oplontis and the beach in Torre Annunziata itself. Its also a short train ride to Vesuvius and Herculaneum. Joe arranged for us to be picked up at the airport and the cost compared very favourably with other private transport methods. The driver Antonio was also available if we wanted days out/transport on other days. If we had any questions, a quick message to Joe got a swift response and he also let us know about a chocolate festival going on in the area on our last day.
Nothing really. We were happy with our choice and very much enjoyed our stay in the accommodation and the Campania region generally.
