The room was spacious and has a great view of the garden and the snowy mountain. The lounges next to the window provide relax spot for rest and rewinding. The services were great and the staffs were very professional and they are very responsive and make their best efforts to solve the problem or accommodate our requests.

The room didn't have its own air-con mode control, so even if we feel a bit hot inside, we are not able to change the air-con mode to cool. The internal door is too heavy (I think they are fire-proof and that's why) which is not very convenient for my parents as their old ages. The breakfast buffet has lots of different dishes, but the flavour wasn't the best.

beautifully presented, warm in the very cold winter weather, rooms well appointed and spacious. really excellent buffet breakfast and the staff were all amazing - thank you to everyone there!

Clean and new but very overpriced.

The buffet dinner was the worst we have ever had. Hot food was cold and stale. Seafood was not fresh at all. Very unbecoming of a Hilton brand. Concierge service was non-existent when we arrive at the hotel entrance. At check-out, bell boy went to the wrong room to collect our luggage even after the front desk repeated the room number 3x.
