Near to shopping mall
The staff at the counter not friendly

Location very strategic. Near to Tasek Central Mall, family mart, 7E, Mcd, food court is very nearby. Walking distance. Easy to get a grab car. Room is clean & neat.
Hair dryer didn't working. Somehow for the first 2 days, the door room having a problem to enter the room waiting for about 2 minutes for the door to unlocked. Don't know what's the issue. After 2 days the door seems back to normal.

I like how they arrange the furniture, the space is comfy enough if you need a good rest after a day of sightseeing. The location is superb, it's located near a mall and surrounded by a lot of eateries. The aircond works rly well along with the water heater in the shower and the hair dryer.
The cleanliness is just okay. What bothers me the most was the ants which kept me up all night.

Below hotel is convinient
The staff attitude and the room service takes too long to complete and didn't provide toilet rolls . Shower head is shaky and toilet basin is broken

Nothing I like for this arrangement
Staff arrange the room near the counter. At the night, there will be some noice before sleep. It’s so uncomfortable to us. And also same thing happen when morning come ups

The location very good, many parking, many food restaurant at surrounding areas. The room is clean and nice.
The room a bit dim, and the sound proof a bit bad. Others is ok.

The staffs are good and helpful.
No sound proof from outside door and surrounding area of the hotel.
Not a suit place for muslim due to the location. Required grab to get food. A bit troublesome especially for those who come with kids. Smell of smoking due to lack of ventilaton.
The room is very small and toilet only next to bedroom. Sound from toilet make unpleasantness to those who about to have a rest.
