SUPER friendly host, great breakfast comfortable and clean room in quiet safe feeling, neighborhood about a 10-15 minute walk to town. Host had great advise for us for our days of sightseeing both locally and further day trips!

there was a very narrow check in window -- so had a bit of a panic attack because we were running behind schedule. I tried to message host (and he said he responded) but for whatever reason, I never received the message. I was relieved that when i arrived he was waiting for me and it was not a problem at all. This was partially my fault as well as by time I looked at the app, we were already late. Since this stop was mid traveling, sometimes arrival time can be a little hard to arrange in advance. In the end it all worked out fine but just be aware of this to not do what I did!

Host were very friendly and helpful. It was very relaxing, we really enjoyed our stay, host were very supportive and knowledgeable. The stay was more than comfortable, food and service was excellent. We will recommend St Anne's, to family and friends.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Great location. Very clean. Delicious breakfast every morning. Richard the host could not have been more welcoming and made us feel at home, gave us lots of good tips on places to go and where to eat. Will definitely return.

We had a lovely time staying at St Ann's. The place was very clean, quiet and in a great location, very near the the centre. Richard was the perfect host and was very helpful in suggesting where to go and what to do in the area. The breakfast was pentiful and really very nice. Absolutely no complaints, would definitely stay there again.

I give this place 6/5, top notch! Can easily recommend.

We loved our stay. Richard is a really lovely host, so kind and welcoming and went above and beyond to attend to our needs during our stay. The breakfast is delicious, some of the best fruit I’ve ever had and lovingly prepared. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious. The location is very quiet and an adorable street, a 10-15 minute walk to city center area and a few lovely restaurants by the river area nearby. We can’t wait to get back!

Our only suggestion to improve the space would be to keep a box fan in the closet to help keep the room cool on warm nights (we know how rare that is in Inverness).

Avoid the coffee. Stick to tea and you'll be fine. Location a little far from train station, so if you don't have a car it's a bit of a walk.

We were made to feel very welcome. The breakfast was cooked to order every morning and was always to a very high standard. Richard provided us with lots of information about nice places to visit which we found to be really helpful, gaining the wisdom of his local knowledge.

The location to city Center was ideal, supermarket and restaurants close by only 10/12 mins walk to train/bus station. Good freshly cooked breakfast included. (vegan option available)
