le confort du lit. Douche exceptionnel pression de l'eau idéal eau chaude sans fluctuations de température. Le pied cette douche.
La procédure pour ouvrir le portail : se garer dans la rue, aller à l'ordi, valider la reservation. Puis chercher à comprendre sous la pluie comment ouvrir le portail. Sur un digicode caché avec bébé qui attend dans la voiture. Ensuite une valise de 23kg à monter au 2eme étage, avec un bébé de 1 ans dans son cozy, une vrai galère. Pourquoi ne pas nous avoir mis au RDC avec un bébé ? Comment font les handicapé, il n'ont pas se choix de choisir l'étage ! Marteau piqueur dès le matin pour nous réveiller, pour l'installation de bornes électrique. Il peuvent pas attendre le check out de 11H.

Bed bugs photographed on the bed with other crawling insects one from under pillow, entrance mat to bedroom dirty, bathroom facilities dirty. Would not recommend , we literately walked in and saw the awful room with all of the above and booked somewhere else. We have tried to get a refund but they are not helpful, they will not accept that the room conditions were dirty .

Whoever replied to us following raising our complaint via booking.com was rube and made out we were at fault, they will not refund . Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone and hope fellow Welsh and UK travellers do not book here .

Clean & functional. No pretentiousness. Staff helpful & friendly especially Louis the King. Excellent value for money.
For the price charged, we could not find fault with anything.

We stayed with 3 kids for 2 nights and it was nice. The room and the place itself are very well designed, the beds are good and the room, even small, was quite nice.
The bathroom were good with hot water all the time.
Wifi is great and also free parking.
Lobby with machine for coffee, tea or snacks.
Far from the city, so you really need a car.
Breakfast is a litllt expensive for what it is.
No refrigiator, even not in the lobby.

Auto check-in machine that gives you your room code even if you come in when the reception is not working. Pleasant staff.
Poor breakfast in a cramped cafeteria. Cramped rooms. Room wasn't very clean at all. Stairs only. No cards or keys, must enter the code every time you want to access the room. Way too expensive for what it is.

The family room with mezzanine. Very clean the beds were comfy.
No one there to do check in. They have a machine to get a code to enter your room and car parking.
The bathroom was very small.

I was happy to leave the place.
Uncomfortable. Dangerous stairs inside the room. Shower small and not comfortable. I didn't sleep well.
You had to redo the code dozens of times to enter the room. The breakfast room was too small. The customers were almost pushing each other to get something to eat. Thank God I eat better at home! Overpriced hotel compared to others. Very bad experience.

I liked the fact that the hotel kept you informed and how to check-in when the reception was closed it was clean and functional perfect after a long day travelling the room was perfect for a family of 4
