Parking is tight but manageable. Very clean.

Listing just as advertised.
Beautiful cabin with views of the water. This cabin was equipped with everything that we needed for our weekend getaway. Hot tub was amazing during the cold weather.
Check-in was super easy.
We were there when temps were in the single digits, and the water pipes froze, no fault of the owners. Within MINUTES of messaging the owner, I had a response with their apologies, and a plumber was on their way to fix the issue. I have never had such great communication with any management company.
I would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was the perfect place to stay for our hiking get away in the Smokey Mountains. The cabin is just like advertised and was wonderful.

I drive a Ford expedition 2022 and I was actually able to fit my truck in the spot that was provided even though they said the Ford Explorer was the only size. Obviously you have to park it just right but my truck was not hanging out in the road at all. I was very pleased to know how close we were to everything and it was very quiet. We did catch some trout in the river that was sitting out front of the house. That was exciting. I definitely recommend staying here. It was very fun very nice and it was pretty clean.

The cabin served us well however, with all previous rentals, we always had more than 3 clothes hangers, laundry soap and kitchen essentials like foil, Saran Wrap etc.The listing is very correct on the parking space, there is no extra room. If driving, bring your own pillows as the ones on the beds are not good. No local tv only streaming and couldn’t get the remotes to work with the bedroom tv’s. We enjoyed our stay but it is obvious of some of the cost cutting.

What a great cabin. The cabin it self was adorable. Loved the wood burning fireplace and hot tub too. So close to downtown Gatlinburg (we walked) and short car ride to Pigeon Forge and the Great Smokey National Park. Perfect for our few day vacation break. Would book again for sure.

Probably the absolute cleanest we’ve stayed in! Everything very comfortable, great location. Hot tub after long hikes was a God send! Stayed in places that advertised hot tub but 99% weren’t acceptable. It was clean and water quality was perfect. Very impressed!

This place is amazing. The location is great and the scenery is beautiful. The house is very clean and has everything you would need. It was a great stay and we look forward to returning!

Loved the location and the cabin! It was clean and tidy. The staircase seemed a little sketchy but it wasn’t broken. The manager was great and had great communication. Definitely would stay again and recommend!

The property was very lovely and clean, however there were some small issues.
1. The ceiling fan in the loft bedroom is broken and dangerous- unusuable.
2. No ironing board to go with iron
3. Chipped coffee mug
4. No coffee filters for the coffee machine (we left a bunch for future guests)
5. No trash bins were outside for us to bring trash out.
6. The parking space out front is EXTREMELY hard to fit ANY kind of SUV, even a small one like ours.. the tree is in the way and the drop off looks more eroded away than pictures show. Parking was the worst part.
On a positive note, it was very clean, homey, comfortable, easy check in/out, close to all the downtown stuff, and had fully functional kitchen which made things easy.
Thank you ! 😊

Wonderful place, close to the main strip but far enough to feel like you are alone in the mountains, and we saw a bunch of bears which was cool. Would stay again!!!

We had a great time staying there. It was nice having the stream there and we saw bears and groundhogs on the property as well. Would definitely return in the future.

Communication was outstanding! Extremely clean and pictures are an exact replication. Highly recommend! The only advice for potential renters, make sure you have a small to midsize vehicle for parking. We had a midsize suv, and we fit, but it was a tight squeeze!

The cabin was very nice and very comfortable. The only negative thing is the driveway is very small. You need a small car to be comfortable in that driveway but it’s a beautiful place. The river is not easy to access, but that is no fault of the owner.

My sisters and cousins took up a collection to give my little family a weekend get away as my husband is in end stage cancer. The day we were slated to leave he was admitted to the hospital. We were not able to make the trip. I bought the insurance thank goodness, but after coming out of a fog for the last 2 weeks in the hospital, I reached out and asked the owner to reimburse at least part of our money since we never showed up on the property and were told it was already processed and they would not be helping us. Very disappointed. Sometimes life throws you a curve ball. It's nice to have humans in your path that realize that and are willing to work with you. Praying that when these owners come across a situation in their own lives someone will show more compassion to them.

It was a delightful stay. The location is fantastic, really close to downtown. The check in and communication from the team was also too notch. They made the check-in and check-out process very easy.
The only thing that wasn’t enjoyable was that there were hairs stuck into multiple of the towels.

We stayed for 3 nights at this property. The walk to town isn't bad if you don't go hiking right before. Love the cabin and how you can hear the water flowing by. We waited until dusk or dark to get in the hot tub since it's pretty open to the road. The inside of the cabin is beautiful and spacious for two to four people. The kitchen does not have much for cooking. One small skillet and some pots. We worked around that though and made all of our meals at the cabin to save some money on eating out. The screened in porch with a table right on the river was the perfect spot to eat breakfast. Would stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful get away with my husband :)

The cabin was very cute and in a great location. The parking is a bit of a pain but there isn't much anyone could do for that. There were also fewer amenities within the cabin that are relatively standard for a night stay (coffee, sufficient towels, scrub brush for dishes) but overall it was a good experience and I would stay there again.

We loved the location of this property, super close to downtown Gatlinburg, Food City, and 25 min away from the hike that we wanted to do (Alum Cave trail to Mt. Leconte). We also really enjoyed the peaceful sound of the creek that this property is on. Hot tub was also a huge plus. Would def stay again!

The pictures are misleading. It looks more private than it actually is. The parking is very bad and that wasn't mentioned until after I booked. If the actually photos showed what the situation was. I would have booked a different place. The cabin was nice enough. I also thought it had 2 bedrooms when it only has one bedroom and a loft. Being we were there with another couple we did not have the privacy we expected. The location to town was great. There were lots of snakes and I mean lots of snakes they were all over in the rocks close to the cabin.

We really enjoyed the cabin. It had everything we needed it was very comfortable. One of our favorite things was being able to hear the water and is beautiful to see sitting on the porch drinking coffee

This cabin was the perfect rental for our 2-night getaway. The location is great. Heed the advice about the parking - I fit a 4Runner in the spot but wouldn’t try anything larger. The bed is less than comfortable, that is literally the only drawback to the place. Super easy to check in and close to all the fun. The creek is awesome!

Accommodations were nice, the highlight is definitely the creek right in front of the cabin, especially if you have kids who love the water. We tried to catch some fish but weren't successful. We did watch others succeed though.

This home is truly a gem! Clean, spacious, comfortable, and nestled in beautiful surroundings! Great location to all area attractions, yet away from the large crowds and traffic in town. Our entire family had room including two adults. two teens, and a five year old. Loved the hot tub and fished in the evenings after visiting all the fun places around! Kitchen well-stocked and all the conveniences of home plus the sound of that stream! We will be back and thank you for such a great vacation home!

Everything was as described. The property is beautiful. It is within walking distance of downtown (10-20 minutes depending on how fast you walk). Hot tub overlooking the river was great.

We read the reviews and learned what was/wasn't in the cabin (e.g., laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, baking sheet, etc.) All those things other visitors listed were in the cabin upon our arrival. This shows that management is paying attention to reviews and acting on anything negative that is reported. The cabin is super clean and new. It could stand some decorating as others have mentioned. Additionally, maybe gas logs since management does not provide wood for the fireplace.
Our most important criteria was that the hot tub was in good working order. We never got to use, and that was our main priority with a cabin selection. Everyone was nice about it but we simply wanted to soak. Water never got above 80 degrees. They were responsive to trying to get it fixed and the maintenance guys were so kind and friendly.

Very nice location. Cabin was very clean. Host responds quickly.

We found the cabin to be quite cute from the outside. Loved the location with the running stream in front.
But, when going inside the decor could use some major help. It being December you would also think it would have some holiday cheer... but nothing. We had issues trying to find outlets that worked so we could charge up our devices. The bedding was not fresh. It was very stale smelling.
I feel like if the furniture was upgraded it would help this property tremendously.
