The staff was nice, I struggled to find the place and they waited for me to get there.

The room was OK but it was cold, the heating was not working, I requested extra blanket on the first night. On second night, came back from work and noticed the extra blanket was gone and they left me a small portable heater. I was freezing cold all night on the second night Despite having the heating on. I ended up with a cold which I'm still fighting to this day. The shower was not clean, it had scum around the surface and I didn't enjoy my shower at all.

Big enough kitchen and living room. CLose to the beach and amenities.

There was a TV in the living room but no antenna or internet cable was going into it so we had a TV with no signal whatsoever...what's the point of having a TV if you can't watch anything on it? There was one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom for 3 people for 4 nights although when asking, there receptionist provided us with more. The light in the hallway of the flat were equipped with a motion sensor but it kept switching on and off randomly even if nobody was moving in the flat, e.g during the night which made sleeping possible only with closed bedroom doors. They also had very bright lights. The couch in the living room has seen better days, one of the armrest looked broken. The water pressure in the shower cabin is not enough to have a decent shower, the maximum you can hope for is cat wash. We tried to switch on the heating as the first evening was a bit chilly, we couldn't. Only one double blanket on the double bed, it might be a good idea to provide two single ones instead. On the very first morning we asked for these to be rectified, nothing happened while we were there.

Comfy bed , location was ideal for the sea front and the shops ..

The bed was comfy apart from the wood base as it was quite difficult to get out without hurting my legs . No hair dryer . No where to hang clothes ..shame breakfast wasn’t included

We thought we booked a large room . Instead it was large 2 bedroom flat (which was great). Staff was really nice. Shower was great and water really hot. Beds very comfortable with nice sheets and new towels were provided as well.

It's was bit confusing to find this flat. It's not in one building .You have to go to a bar opposite to get checked in. Too armchair in the kitchen were bit old and could do with replacement.

Pub was very nice, good central location, parking, staff very accommodating.

Spacious apartment with 3 rooms and a shared bathroom. Bedrooms were clean. Check in (once we knew where to go) was efficient. We use as start for Way of the Roses cycle ride. Staff was accommodating and helpful to store our bikes overnight and arrange luggage pick up.

There were a lot of dead flies in the communal entrance hall. Side room was above terrace of a bar, so noisy till about 11pm. We had to ring the property to find out where to pick up the key. Once sorted, no problem.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable
