The flat is on the attic floor, up three flights of stairs of an old building (no lift), so the views are limited, although probably typical of the neigbourhood, I expect. However, it is quiet, of a decent size with a separate bedroom, has an ample and well-equipped open plan kitchen, and has been nicely redone not long ago. The neigbourhood, on the outskirts of the city centre, is lively enough without being noisy and there is a good choice of shops and restaurants within 5-10 minutes' walk. A parking space is available very close by.

The apartment is clean and spacious. It's in a wonderful location, close to everything in the old part of the city. It was extra convenient to have a dedicate parking space available. Highly recommended.
