Tanto el check-in como el check-out fueron rápidos y sencillos, el personal fue muy amable y nos hicieron el favor de guardarnos las maletas al salir. El hotel tiene encanto y la cama fue muy cómoda.

We just enjoyed the place a lot. The hotel staff, specially would like to mention about the manager, they supported us like a family member. We are really pleased with their hospitality. Room was really nice and comfortable. We also like the location of the hotel.
The only one thing we missed is the elevator.

The location is perfect-very close to central station and in a waling distance to park and city central. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Good value for money paid.
There was no tea coffee making facilities in room as promised for deluxe room during booking. Room was noisy.

The one and only less than perfect aspect was the long walk into the town centre, but a tram can fix that, no problem.😊

Very convenient location right by the train station, rooms were decent and relatively clean
Our room was on the ground floor at the back, which is right by the train tracks, so it was very loud both from the trains coming and going and people in the hotel lobby.

Super close to the train station, and the accommodation looked really cute from the outside. the rooms were nice - the outlook across the street was nice, and the rooms felt clean etc.
The guy at reception (assume it's the owner?) smoked a lot, and there was a smell of weed throughout the property.

The hotel is next to the train station, very convenient if you are travelling by train
Mostly the noise coming from the trains.

Great location, clean hotel, close to the train station.
The room was absolutely freezing, it took a few hours for it to warm up. Noisy and could hear trains passing by. No breakfast even if it was advertised on booking.com as possible at an extra cost.

The location is amazing, next to the train station so it's very convenient if you're on the go.
Don't expect any special facilities, there's also no lift so if you have problems with climbing up stairs ask for a room in the lower floors.

It was just a few steps from the train station. The street the hotel is located to is amazing, loved the architecture and the whole vibe. It was located 30 minutes walking distance from the city centre.
The size of the window in our room (located on the first floor, oriented towards the train). But I guess it's a matter of luck sometimes.

If traveling by train the location was excellent. The people at the reception were helpful.
The trains were right behind the hotel so loud until about midnight. The downtown area was some distance.

The nicest hosts at this hotel- genuinely couldn't do enough for is, the location is great and the rooms were big and clean
We visited in very hot weather and the rooms were very warm and a fan would have helped but that's only a really small niggle
