everything was excellent. a stunning apartment, a beautiful location. couldn’t be more pleased.

Location. Location. Location. Right on the edge of the center of Bardolino. Apartment we got was extremely spacious, with a fantastic design. We loved bed mattress. Slept like babies. Property has big terrace and swimming pool what is not so easy to get while staying so close to the center.

Our apartment did not have direct access to the terrace so small walk needed. Quite longer walk to the swimming pool. But that's not a big price for the location and high standard that you get.

Reception staff, especially Eveline, were fantastic, very helpful and they made our stay the best that it could be. Our original apartment choice was inappropriate for us due to access but we were shown another apartment which was more suitable to our needs and equally as comfortable. The location is perfect, everything in the area is very easily accessible. Pool area and gardens are an excellent and peaceful addition to the properties.

Nothing that we did not like with regard to the apartment, facilities and staff. There was some work being carried out at the rear of our apartment which did cause some noise, especially in the morning but stopped by afternoon.

The apartment and all the buildings and facilities were very well presented. The staff were pleasant, kind and always helpful
