Pěkný a prostorný designový pokoj. Absolutně nejlepší jsou polštáře, proto se sem rád vracím :)) a vířivá vana je také příjemná věc. Člověk si zde celkově parádně odpočine.
Snídaně je tady jedna z nejlepších a jako jedni z mála zde mají u snídaně k dispozici arašídové máslo. Možná blbost, ale mě potěší :).
Sem tam je slyšet hluk z chodby, ale nic co by mi vyloženě vadilo nebo bylo otravné. Spíš taková věc ke zlepšení :).

I highly recommend it. The room had great led-lighting, the bath was excellent, and we enjoyed the view of the city as well. I was very pleased with the breakfast and the proximity to Ještěd.

Good food in the restaurant. The rooms have very interesting designs, the overall look of the hotel is fresh, modern. Very friendly staff, they go the extra mile to help you out.
t is very clear that the 'finishing' is on the low-end side. You'd expect a suite to be impeccable to the detail (stain on the wall, poor paintjob...). A/C wasn't working as it should, the room was quite hot. Also, for some reason, the evening shift at the bar only consists of 1 person doing reception and taking orders. Sometimes you wait quite a while (although the young lady was doing the absolute best she could, Kudos to her)

The room was a bit worn out which was quite disappointing. The location was not to my liking… but it is close to DOK and IQlandia, which is great. Not to far from Fügnerova (10mins walk). The reception looks brilliant. The breakfast was superb. The pool table is in a worn state and should be taken care of… some refurbishing would do. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
I mentioned it in together with the positive things.

I've been traveling all over the world for the past 7ish years, but I have never been in a hotel where you have to pay for a bottle of water in your room. The hotel charges a security deposit of 2000 czk which might never be refunded back to you. Be careful.

Atmosphere and location is just fine
We had a big “coffeesplash” on our ceiling which we claimed (what is the point of a design interior when its filty) we discus shortly w manager proving w a photo from their www our point and got an upgrade.
AC has almost no power.
Restaurant has only menu in CZ language.
Parking did’nt feel save.
