The apartment was right near the bus station, 10 minute trip to Como and very close to a supermarket. Nice bathroom and spacious beds. Our host, Lilly, an angel for sure! She let us check in early and check out late. She helped us to find a taxi to the airport because we were five and it was pretty hard to find a van. Thank you for your support and we really appreciate your help!

Clean and nice apartment with everything present in it. Washroom and kitchen was very clean and equipped with all facilities. Host was very helpful. Location is also good.

Two bedrooms are connected and were having same entrance which is not good regarding privacy of guests.

Close to ferry. Easy parking.

No heat at night , electric went out & they did not fix , no wifi, kitchen and living room are in a hallway leading to the washroom , 2 bedrooms are adjacent with only one way out. We left the first night after freezing in bed & then the electric went out. This is the worst we have ever seen or been treated

Very big house with modern shower, equipped kitchen. Staff was great and responsive. Bed was comfortable, very good price for 2 nights

First was very hard to find, we didn't receive any directions in advance, staff was supporting on phone and not at place. Going inside the house, place was freezing, heating system wasn't working properly especially at bed room, AC couldn't heat the apartment even we kept it working all time. Coffee machine didn't work too and in general place wasn't ventilated before we came results with 'closed place smell'

Close to a large supermarket. Nice, decent bedrooms.

The bedrooms are connected and you cannot go out unless you pass through the other one. There is air-co only in one of the bedrooms.

There was conditioned air in the flat! And they lent us bicycles to move more comfortably within the city and enjoy the lakeside. Amazing
