The apartment is new and locates at very good place, closed to city center. It was constructed very well and easily accesed. We were informed by the host (Maja) who gave us very clear instruction. Many thanks.

The apartment was on the subground floor, thus we needed the light.

+ Centrally located so everything we were interested in (Vracar, city centre) was accessible by foot. + Thought has gone into the interior design. + Large rooms. + Good communication with the host + Parking!

- The room walls had a stain whose origin I did not want to think about - likely a miss from the cleaning staff. - Smells of the sewer from the bathroom was often present (likely problem of Vracar) - Unless done with proper care, showering can lead to a mini-flood of the bathroom floor - Property lacks some touch-up – scuff-marks, plugs jutting out from the wall, table with slightly skewed legs. All very minor, but it builds up.

The apartment is half ground floor/basement which is not quite visible on the photos and should be clearly stated. However it didn't bother us as it is clean and comfortable and it met all our needs for a shorter stay of 3 nights.

Location is great.

The apartment is in the base of the building so there is a bad smell.

I liked that the apartment was so clean and maintained. It was clearly furnished with an expert hand and advice. It looks great, very urban, but also comfortable. The apartment is in the basement, so windows are on the top of the walls, which does not sound nice, but the place is really great. We stayed during the hot summer day, but the temperature inside the apartment was quite pleasant. Also, you have access to a small park/garden with benches at the rear side of the building, very nice. The location is great - very central.

Everything was very well arranged, but I had problems with the internet on my mobile phone and could not access an email sent by the host containing all codes necessary for unlocking the apartment door. The truth is, I booked the property just one day in advance, but if you do it earlier you will receive all your codes before arrival and would not depend on mobile internet access.

The rooms were cozy and very clean and comfy

No assistance in getting to the location and no staff when called were available at the location to help..

The apt is a basement, made into an apt. It was very unclean as I had found a couple of recently rinsed plates still wet from something oily like… found an empty bottle of yoghurt behind the bed, some peanuts under the bed and a toothpick inside the sofa. The towels in the bedroom were just thrown and not folded into the wardrobe as if they were previously used and when coming in the TV was on and running. I feel as if i just came into an apt which has been recently used and the previous guests left half hour before my arrival.

Excellent layout and well equipped apartment.

Finding parking is difficult in the area.

Apartment is in a basement, there is no window to open - it causes that place is a little less comfortable. Except this fact, everything is ok.
