Emplacement très bien, dans le centre. Vu sur la plage. Très bon échange avec la propriétaire
Difficile de trouver une place en bas de l’immeuble en fonction de l’heure d’arrivée et peut être aussi un peu bruyant la nuit.

The location is perfect to spend the days at the beach
The apartment is quite old and cheap and it feels like it, the bathtub had lots of rust and a few patches which looked quite unappealing, only the stove worked in the kitchen, the microwave/grill combo never turned on, the windows were not great you can hear EVERYTHING, and the walls are thin as paper.
Both beds in the apartment are quite flimsy and very noisy, and not at all comfortable.
The floors were quite dirty, after 2 minutes of taking off my shoes my socks were filthy.
To add to this, there were construction works going on every day at the attached apartment, even on holiday's day, with banging and drilling every day. Even after notifying the owners, they did not care, just complained that we should have said earlier, as that could have stopped it. They did not respond to booking and even booking believes we should have some compensation, but obviously we will not get any.
Even without the construction work, this apartment is not fit for a relaxing holiday.
You can hear people partying and yelling until very late hours and in the early morning you get waked up by the dawn deliveries to the nearby hotels, as this is a back street to the sea front hotels and apartments.
We will definitely never come back here and would not recommend it.

Great place, very close to the Reducto beach. Very nice owner. Perfect location to explore Lanzarote. We enjoyed very much!

Such a spacious apartment. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos. The owner kindly provided us with water, sweets, tea and complimentary drinks.
And location wise was perfect. Less than 100m from the beach. For 2 people we had more than enough space.

Really spacious apartment, with all the essentials to feel like home. Parking in the street is free and there is a massive parking lot within 10 minute walking distance. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.
There is a bit of noise from the people in the streets.
