The location and the staff
The floor of the room has huge stains as if it were a trail of some liquid, it looks unpleasant. The extractor filters are totally dirty.

The location was good.
We had one of the poorer rooms. I booked two and the other was much better. Also the room could be easily accessed without a key.

The apartment was cleaned everyday and the staff were helpful. It was close to the city centre with all the shops and amenities and the beach too.
The sink in the bathroom did not drain the water well and the air conditioner needs a service.

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. It is in the perfect location: one block from the best beach and in the center of the town. Everything was very clean.
