Very good location and lovely and quiet. The owners very helpful with additional info like parking etc

Loved it but some travelers may need to be think about the fact that no lift so suitcases need to be carried up a couple of flights of stairs

Most beautiful design , and clean apartment when I have arrived I was impressed. Although bedroom curtains not working properly needs some TLC, therefore was not possible to block early morning light. *Yet I should have payed more attention to the details,I mean the EARPLUGS!!!! During the day it is okey. I came for work as highly trained specialist dealing with high precision and detailed work requiring highest degree of focus and a good night sleep was paramount. Since there is not only “club” downstairs. There is also a late night pub in the same yard. The noise from all those international drunks horrible. *The club downstair with the most horrible trashy music and people. AND it operates throughout the week. On the last night which was Wednesday the whole house was vibrating until 2:30 am. *Earplugs which kindly provided are no help whatsoever. It was the most excruciating stay in my life. *This stay is not designed for any professionals who would like a good night sleep.

Location is perfect. Less than 10 minutes to House of blackheads, less than 10 minutes to Freedom monument.

Of the pluses I want to note a comfortable bed, a large kitchen, a dishwasher. Very good location, right in the center of Riga.

Of the minuses is: Warm water in the shower ends quickly (literally 5 minutes) and there is no water. In the evenings it is noisy due to the club or cafe on the ground floor.

We were already in Riga and needed somewhere urgently as AirBnB let us down, booked this, called the host for entry instructions (which I'm sure wouldn't have been necessary for an advance booking) and were in within 15 minutes. Would have stayed there for the rest of our trip if it had been available, highly recommended 👍

The room is amazing. Great location in the old town. Ms. Laima is a great person, kind, helpful and well responsibility

The hot water is limit

The apartment was clean, large, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The lady who welcomed us could not have been more helpful. The location was absolutely great for the Christmas Market and exploring around old town and bus/tram routes are close. If flying into Riga use bus route 22 from the airport at a cost of just over a euro instead of a taxi as they take detours and also charge a big rate from the airport (around 45 euro) The entrance to the building and stairs look a bit concerning and I did question my choice when first climbing the stairs but as soon as the door opened it was just amazing. The sofa bed is large and the bed in the bedroom is very comfortable.

The noise from the bar downstairs woke me a few times over the weekend but earplugs were provided and helped.
