There were so many positives that I have no idea where to start and I am pretty sure I’m going to leave some out… The owner is extremely friendly and kind and immediately made us feel welcome. The property is well-situated and the room was clean and comfortable.

Our Hostess was extremely welcoming, showed us each of the rooms, asked whether there was anything at all we needed. Super friendly and helpful, explaining that load-shedding would not affect us apart from watching the television. I will definitely be booking to stay here again in July when I'm back in the Western Cape.
Loved my room opening out onto a patio; everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

The address needs to be changed as it’s on the other side of Konings street and the double bed is really for a single person not a couple as you can’t even turn without waking your partner

5 konings provided an excellent stay for the weekend. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the towels smelled amazing. Aircon units in the rooms were a big plus. I would definitely stay at 5 konings again.

A rare gem in a small town that meets & exceeded all expectations. We found the small details made the difference, tea & coffee station, homemade rusks. Electronic adaptors where you needed them & lovely toiletries supplied.

Staff was friendly and very helpfull. The owner went out of her way to assist me and make me feel safe and welcome. I always use them because treaveling alone as a lady it is always a concern on finding a place that is safe. I love 5 Konings and will always return.
