La Ubicación.
Lo demás un desastre. Nos tuvimos que bañar con agua helada. Hacían 30 Cº y andaba la calefacción y el dueño y la encargada no atendieron el problema. Muy flojo de vajilla. Escasos cubiertos, tasas y vasos. Recipientes para jabón líquido y shamphoo en los baños, vacíos.... A la hora de reclamar, respondieron bastante despectivamente sin solución oportuna. Pero a la hora de dejar el dpto, ahí si fueron muy puntuales para recordar que a las 10:30 habi que dejar el dpto y encima que había que dejarlo limpio. Inconcebible....

super dirty, ripped wall paper, dirty floor, no - just small drips, stream would be generous. beds are horribly broken down. pillows all super hard. dishes were dirty. charged us more than we were supposed to - but they have you over a barrel. I would recommend area cause it was a great spot. everything else needs over haul. I smelled gas all the time inside. had constant headache

Nice location in central Mendoza. Close to the Parque San Martin and loads of bars/restaurant. Nice views from the 7th floor. We didn't use the pool/gym so can't comment.
The lady at the entrance wasn't very welcoming but the rest of the staff were great.
