A very clean, homely place. Well maintained and equipped apartment in an ultra quiet, central location. The owner was also very helpful.

Residenzi I Due Mondi is in a great spot within walking distance of everything and very close to Piazza Della Liberta where there is a great little bar/Caffe Bar Canasta which also does good meals. . . and has views over the Roman Theatre. Roman Theatre and Archaeological museum right opposite the residence are really worth a visit.
I was greeted by the owner's dad who carried my luggage upstairs and explained everything. Key was easy and it was nice to have some essentials in the kitchen (oil, salt and pepper etc) Kitchen well equipped. Plug beside the bed which is also useful.
Although within 2 minutes walk of Piazza Della Liberta, the residence is off the main drag and very quiet. Virtually no traffic or people noise.
The furnishings are a little tired but serviceable nonetheless.

The apartment was perfect and Mr Morris was an excellent host. Spoleto is an absolute delight with many great cafés and restaurants.

This is a very charming apartment and the location is incredible. We really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend the apartment to all friends and family!

It was a beautiful stay, in a wonderful very homie apartment with a balcony and an amazing view. Our host, Mr. Morris, is amazing and caring. The place is welcoming, clean and very lovingly furnished, in the center of the town, but very quiet.

The location is perfect for the best parts of Spoleto. Although I didn't meet the hosts personally (late arrival and up early each day) they were very attentive via WhatsApp messages to ensure I got in and had all I needed.
