Very friendly and nice owners. They responded to our questions immediately. Three bathrooms and bedrooms makes the flat spacious and it has a lovely garden. It is very central, with shops, restaurants and the train station close by. Nettuno was «tourist» free, which was great. Only Italians here.
There were no essentials in the flat, so you have to buy all the basics like salt, toilet paper, washing up liquid, bags for garbage recycling etc. Would be a good service if this was included. The flat is not at beach level, as we thought it was. There is a gate and a stair taking you up one level from the beach. Great location anyway.

The landlord is super friendly and helpful, the villa is spotless and super clean, we loved having access to the beach from the garden, we would highly recommend casa genny and would stay again 😀

The property was charming, clean and has an amazing view! The property owner even gave my mother a lift to the train station with all of our luggage-no taxis in Nettuno. They were great hosts and very kind.
