Lovely friendly hosts. The breakfast was tasty. Very helpful and beautiful location. Would love to go back.

J’ai aimé le lieu mais la femme qui y travaille et très raciste elle a été irrespectueuse tous le long de mon séjour elle m’as crié dessus . Elle m’as insulté sans raison alors que je suis adorable heureusement que son mari était gentille. Si vous êtes mexicains africains ou métisse FUYEZ !!! Elle a même été violente par ses gestes très déplacé !!

An island of tranquility, a beautiful house with lots of quirky charm, a stunning garden and a big swimming pool. I had a very small attic room with a shared bathroom, but wouldn't have traded it for any boring standard room in nearby hotels.

the hosts where not the most considerate: I almost missed my bus cos they wouldn’t let me check out 30 minutes early. I get that it’s a rule and that it was stated but when you’re hosting international travelers, there’s is language barrier and mix ups with the lay of the land that could cause confusion. refusing to check out at 7 and insisting the rule was 7.30 for check out was inconsiderate and then coming out to seat outside and chill while someone was waiting for 7.30(knowing I might miss the bus) was cruel and unnecessary. whatever point you were trying to make was lost in your lack of humanity.
also I was called out for clogging the sink with my hair, I explained that it couldn’t be me cos since I had braids, I wear shower cap on top of my bonnet each time I enter the bathroom, so there was no way my braids could have clogged your sink. she dismissed me and said I had ‘plenty hair’ and it must be me. it’s braids! I would rather stay somewhere with warmer hosts even if it means less comfortable accommodations.

This place is an oasis, beautiful gardens, pool, silence, beach 5 minutes from your room.
Trees like art to take pictures when you go home.
Fair attitude by the hosts. Helped to connect with the electricity which saved my computer.
Good location with busses every 5 minutes
I expected to have more sunny days:) but obviously this is not the hosts problem

Very nice owners, very helpful and thoughtful. The place has a perfect location and easy access to the beach. You can basically take a 20 min walk and get to the centre of cannes.

The property is magnificent and well located. I like the owners although they are a bit gruff maybe although mostly they were kind! The swimming pool is exceptional.
It was really noisy up on the top floor and I am admittedly a light sleeper. This was really the only thing. The floors are made of stone so there's no escaping it. I was tired for my conference because of this.

It is a wonderful guest house, I had a feeling that I was watching a film, felt myself in one of the movies, it is close to the beach, the owners are great people, very friendly and helpful, I will encourage my family members to go there together, it is something for every age group.

it is not allowed to open windows that are locked with a key..
and behind this window there is a beautiful view of the sea and mountains ...
there is no air conditioning. but there are 2 fans that don't help.

I loved my stay in this character villa... the room, bathroom common areas were spotless and its great value for the price. It's 20 min bus ride from downtown Cannes. And the beach is just outside!
I wish they were not a 200 euro deposit but I understand why owners do ask for it.

An old house with an interesting history and the hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Having to stump up €200 in cash as a deposit at 'check in' on top of the room cost, however you do get this back upon leaving as long as your room is left as it should be without any further damage etc.

Rooms in attic were so warm. Window open meant train noise outside. shutters locked so no view. Bedlinen and shower facilities could do with updating.

Most dreamy place right by the water and ten minutes from Cannes. I was very well received and everything was clean and comfortable. The garden is great with a pool area and trees for shade on hot days. Breakfast buffet was great with fresh fruits and breads, cakes, cereal and more.

Unique experience to stay at a Villa. I came to Cannes for work & came back each night to sit in the balcony & enjoy the beach air. Morning breakfast on the veranda overlooking garden was charming & special. Very friendly staff. Clean, great shower, helped me with my luggage.
To get to the center of Cannes either you take a bus, train-all near by.I took Ubers back & forth which you call & catch at top of driveway.

Everything was fabulous! The breakfast in particular was amazing (highly recommend), the location and proximity to the train station, the property was beautiful, and the hosts were very king and helpful. I loved it!

And who unfortunately had his little Monthly problem .... (in the Villa).
The welcome to try Unfortunately to charge us for the stained sheets for 250 € .... OMG.

- Dans chaques hôtels où j'ai loger et dans le monde je n'est jamais connue une telle chose, il serait je pense tand de faire une cagnotte pour racheter cette bâtisse et revoir les choses ....

- In elk hotel waar ik verblijf en in de wereld heb ik nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt, ik denk dat het zou zijn om een pot te maken om dit gebouw te kopen en dingen te beoordelen ....
