This was a great little place to stay. Easy check in and out. Good communication the entire stay. Extra towels and linens, laundry onsite and furnished. We loved this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Betty's condo. The view is incredible, the beach is beautiful and the condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a nice weekend. We were very comfortable and hope to be back again!

Once again Betty’s condo provided a perfect getaway. We appreciate having extra towels & cleaning supplies plus a snuggly blanket - just in case. We noticed fresh paint, several new appliances, and - my favorite - a new kitchen sink faucet!
It was great to have Betty check on us - she does a wonderful job of keeping her place “just right” from a distance. We are looking forward to our next visit.

The property was very clean and organized. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The owner was very responsive if we needed anything or had any questions! The view of the ocean and beach was outstanding! We will definitely be back!

This condo was cleaner than any we have stayed in. We really appreciate the little things to make our stay worry free. The view is great! The beach is great! I only suggest that all balconies have tall chairs so the view is unobstructed by railing. We will be staying here again!

We wanted to be on the beach for the Super Moon, which did NOT disappoint. We were unable to get in the ocean unfortunately the first day because of double red flags due to Hurricane Idalia. The condo was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Wish the outdoor chairs were bar height so we could see out better. Miss Betty was very sweet and answered immediately when we contacted her. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Miss Betty!

Perfect getaway spot for us! It was clean, had a great view, and convenient to everything we wanted to do....without the traffic and noise of the busier places on the coast. We ran and biked safely straight from the condo without any issues. Our contact with Betty was great and you can tell she wants guests to feel welcome and happy!

Our extended family meets for a week at Windermere every June coming from TX,TN,CT,and VA. 19 of us staying in 6 units this year. We love Perdido and Windermere works for all ages in this group ranging from ages 10 to 89.

Betty was a great host and we enjoyed our stay! The views are fabulous and my kids also enjoyed the pool/hot tub. The parking garage was a little tight to maneuver with a large SUV, but I have no negatives about the condo. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful condo. We had everything we needed. Beach/water was perfect. Cute little quiet town. We really enjoyed our stay. Wish the “no smoking” rules were enforced at the condo. We couldn’t ever enjoy the balcony. The folks below us smoked skunk marijuana and cigarettes every time we tried to sit outside which ruined our balcony experience. People were smoking in the breezeways, on the balconies, by the elevators, and at the pool in spite of signage literally everywhere. The parking was super tight. Many times we couldn’t even get in our car. But yes…we will go back. We loved it overall. Hopefully next time there’s better enforcement of the condo rules…that would make it so much more enjoyable

Our stay at this lovely, comfortable condo was wonderful. The 13th floor balcony overlooking the beautiful beach was amazing. Quiet condo complex and the private beach area was not crowded, which was perfect. Betty Joseph was quick to respond and even reached out to check on us, which was sweet. Definitely recommend this spot of heaven.

This was our second stay at this condo and it was just as good as the first. The location is great, the white sand beaches of the Gulf Shores without all of the traffic! The views cannot be beat. The condo was clean with all the amenities. We would highly recommend it!

Location was ideal access panhandle beaches. The national park’s Johnson Beach is just 5 minutes away. No condos or crowded just miles of beach. It was great.

Every renter need was thoughtfully considered and provided in this home with, yes, the "million dollar view"! A week in a low-peak season was ideal for spiritual respite, yet all that would be needed for a group was available. Comfortable living room, dining area, beds, bathrooms, washer/dryer, ac/heat, with truly sparklingly clean everything: ideal! The large balcony with table, chairs for dining and relaxing, and a day/night time view of land, sea, and sky that is beyond description: MAGNIFICENT! If I could stay forever I know that I was in Heaven! Thank you, Betty!

Betty’s condo is cozy & clean - “just right”. There are extra housekeeping supplies and lots of towels, pillows, and blankets (which we did use in the mid-November cold spell!). Being right on the beach we could easily walk every day, several times a day. On our drive home to West TN we kept talking about what a great time we had! Maybe next year …

It was very enjoyable, great view of the gulf waters. Two items we had issue with 1) TV where difficult to operate with the bedroom TV not working the same as the living area TV, but overall…I suppose it’s really just a minor thing 2) one of the toilets didn’t work very well, but again overall it was a minor issue as toilet where the shower is at worked ok.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Betty's condo. The condo was very clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The area and the complex are quiet. Many great restaurants in the area, most with beautiful water views.
Betty was a great host. It meant a lot that she checked with us to be sure everything was in order. We hope to visit again soon!
