Lovely big apartment with everything you need. Great balcony looking out over the lake morning or evening. Easy accessibility to foreshore restaurants and Cafes with great coffee. Car parking underneath, easy to find. Close to old Kingston shops.

The Location was excellent
The checkin instructions were overly complicated.
The main bathroom fan didn’t work and toilet seat was broken.
There was no advice about needing to lock the door with your key.
The Wifi was no existent.

The location is perfect, close to shops and restaurants. This apartment has two bedrooms and a study, lots of space. It's comfortable and clean.
We stayed for 4 nights at this apartment. There's only one bath towel for each person for the duration, no spares. One small tube of shampoo, one small tube of show gel and one soap in each bathroom for us to share. It would be good if they had supplied a bit more. After two nights stay, the fridge stopped working. So we couldn't have any cold drinks or fruits for the rest of the stay, and these days were all over 30 degrees.

The bed was glorious, the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was excellent.
The parking spaces were way too narrow and a nightmare to get in and out of. Next time I’ll park on the street. It was simply awful.

Fantastic location. Awesome view. Modern, stylish and very spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need during your stay. We even rented a boat from right outside the apartment for an afternoon on the lake! Exceptionally clean. Absolutely loved our stay, would highly recommend and will definitely book again for future visit to Canberra.

Very large spacious apartment with fantastic amenities. The view from the apartment was much better than expected. The bed was quite comfortable.
Extra blankets would have been nice.

The apartment was in great location.
Handy to both shops and restaurants, we even walked to Parliament house.
The only negatives were that the couch in the living room, looked very nice but was uncomfortable to sit on. The internet was very slow. We could pick up emails, but not much else. Reading through notes (as we were leaving) it said to use the password on the modem if you were having trouble l.) - hope this help the anyone else

Comfortable and clean.
No wifi, had to go and get keys for a second location and drop them off which was very inconvenient. It was really difficult to find the apartment and directions could have clearer about the entrance that you need to go through to find the apartment.

Excellent location right on Kingston Foreshore with lake views. Clean and very spacious apartment size.
Dishwasher was broken and leaking water on the kitchen floor, dryer was also broken.

very convenient location, plenty of space, very comfortable, supplied tea/coffee, definitely would stay there again
bathroom floor got very wet after a shower, would have been handy to have some cling wrap & foil in kitchen

the wifi didn’t work. I could just do emails, but it wouldn’t support a streaming service like Netflix.
the dishwasher was gross. it didn’t was properly. I brought better powder for it and it was still gross

Wifi wasn't working. We didn't call anyone because it looked as though it could be expensive to make a simple request for help.
The "inner courtyard view" in the accommodation information was a view of a high voltage electrical station outside the property.
The cost of calling someone as explained in the accommodation information was substantial.

Sensational location with views of the lake and a great selection of bars and restaurants downstairs. The interiors were chic and well designed. We loved the huge balcony.
There were some minor maintenance issues we reported to the agent.
