Lo mejor, la ubicación y la terraza con esas vistas!

No me gustó nada, me siento defraudado y engañado.

Yo contraté un ático y me engañaron dándome las llaves de un apartamento normal y corriente en una séptima planta sin explicar el porqué. Mal servicio, no había nadie a quien reclamar a la llegada en la oficina. Por teléfono tampoco atendía nadie y por Whatsapp respondían tarde y mal.

It’s location balcony and the view was amazing

It was supposed to be a superior apartment for six, only one wine glass, and some small tumblers. One mug and three cups. No kettle. One toilet roll for four for 5days. No tea towels. Bathroom ceiling was mouldy, no instructions what si ever for fire escape or equipment. The arranged key collection time, the office was closed and the telephone machine was full. Most of the plug sockets were taped over so not useable. No bedside table in second bedroom. The initial look of the apartment was a weather beaten door with no varnish on. We didn’t cook anything as the oven was absolutely disgusting. It was filthy.

The location was perfect for us, across from the beach, of course, but also just a 5min walk to the parque acuatico floating on the ocean for the kids. Some good restaurants nearby, too. Especially recommend the Indian restaurant -- Namaste.

WARNING: There are NO TOWELS provided in the apartment! The Booking.com page does not say this. (You would have to notice that towels are not listed among the 100 things at the bottom of the page, which we didn't.) When I asked the host about this, the best she could tell me was to drive half an hour to Carrefour to buy some towels. We ended up spending 50 euros more on beach towels from a nearby shop. Who brings bath towels to a rental accommodation? Very frustrating start to our visit. Equally disappointing was that when we asked for a 2nd roll of toilet paper (they only put 1 in the apartment), they simply said, "No". Really? For a 20 cent roll of paper? We were a family of 5 staying for 2 nights. C'mon. So that was something else we had to go buy rather than starting our vacation. Very disappointing.

Incredible views, priceless. Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. Nice kitchen facilities.
