Strategic location in between mall, market and so on.
Aircond not so cool even have 2 unit.

The room was comfortable to stay, got kitchen for cook, washing machine & microwave provided, parking included & near to shopping mall, restaurant & gleanegles hospital.
Too noisy with car race sound too loud, airplane & can heard construction during morning time.
for 2nd unit we move, bad smell in the toilet.

We liked most things about the apartment - its location, facilities, cleanliness and the friendly and approachable owner's assistant.
Whilst the property owner has provided many facilities for the comfort and convenience of its guests, we would however seriously recommend for the owner to replace the old iron provided in the apartment - as we needed to use it everyday. Not only has been the same iron from many many years ago, it has its cables sticking out. It is potentially very dangerous if the wires within are eventually exposed. Since we need to iron our clothes on a daily basis, it would be nice if a new iron with a built-in water tank (like at hotels) could be provided in time for our next stay.
Also, the sound of aeroplanes flying above the apartment could be bothersome initially, but after a couple of days, we got used to it. So it was ok.

it’s really near imago shopping mall, you went down to the lobby, turn left and it’s the mall entrance. Feel safe because people need access card to enter the lobby and there’s a guard always at entrance door. Overall i like where i stay, everything is complete, there’s a kitchen for you to cook, there’s microwave, all the kitchen amenities, fridge, iron with the board, washing machine, towel, everything. it’s good for family and friends stay too, because there’s sofa bed, the wifi is strong. it’s worth the money.
the shower room have this sort of awful smells whenever you turn on the water at the beginning, i need to leave it open for awhile before taking a shower. The front door doorknob i feel it’s loose, and if the owner can install the fence it will be much better for the safety purposes. overall im satisfied.

The place was good and the facilities also good
Difficulties to go to the car park using the access lift provided,it took long time since only 1 lift can access to the car park..and i need to wait almost few minutes for the lift to the car park.

Suitable for small family, kitchen & laundry fully equipped and friendly staff. Everything was perfect. Recommended.

good location, good communication with the staff, have a parking lot.
-one of the aircond was leaking and wet the bed underneath it.
-the hot shower wasn’t consistent but still can enjoy a hot shower.
- there was a cockroach in the toilet.
