overall clean room for this type of stay.
The hot water boiler was not working but they offered us to use the hot water shower in another room.

Two of the rooms were a bit cramped and my bed was uncomfortable.

It is a good honest guest house, with friendly hosts, very well located for nearby park walks, pubs and convenience stores. My room was large, clean and comfortable.

Good Parking. Nice clean room tea making facilities and fridge in the room if you required it. Shower gel complimentary soap available good attention to detail. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was lovely and clean. Bed was nice, big and comfortable. Location was perfect! Very friendly staff.
Very thin walls. I could hear two people snore in the middle of the night and therefore struggled to get back to sleep. Very tight bathroom as well but did the job!

The parking was very good.
The room was cold. It needs to be warmer than it was. The reforcement blanket was smelling damp, maybe not used for a long time.

There was lots of choice of breakfast and everything was cooked freshly. Great location for a short stay

Location of room next to frequently used front door and door buzzer kept us awake.
Bathroom had no hooks for towels clothes and surfaces to put sponge bags. The glass shelf above the sink was loose and could not be used.
Breakfast room gave a dirty appearance and table placing was poor and chairs ended up facing a wall. Hot breakfast was served before we had sat down to eat the cereals so got cold. The bread was not at all nice.
