Закрытая территория. Отличный и не дорогой ресторан. В номере чисто . Помогли с трансфером. Если еще буду в Баку, то проживать только здесь .Рекомендую.

1) the employees of the Manor hotel put my colleague at risk of loss of life and health, as a result of which my colleague was hospitalized with a damaged head,
2) we lost our return plane tickets
3) I waited 5 hours for the hotel to give me the address of the hospital where my colleague is. I don't know why the hotel did not want to give me the address
4) the hotel staff wanted to extort money from me to pay for my friend's hospital, and it turned out that the hospital is free
5) please let everyone know how terrible people work in this hotel

the hotel is stalking me and trying to stalk my family, trying to intimidate me

Staff are very nice. They speak Turkish/Azeri and English and maybe more!
Breakfast is OK. Rooms and other areas are super clean. No problem or complain at all.
Their airport shuttle is much cheaper than taxi and it is convenient.
