Matea was very kind and the property was super clean and well equipped - it was very modern and comfortable.

The AC was great in the joined living space, but didn’t reach one of the bedrooms super well so while I was comfortable I know some people might find it too warm.

Location was great, 5min walk to the nearest beach and 10min to the city centre. The apartment has everything you need (quite large kitchen) and the bed was really comfortable. It has own parking space, since a lot of apartments in Bol do not provide it and parking can be a problem. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Really friendly hosts! Appartment well equipped and well located

We had a great stay in Bol at the end of September. Matea was waiting for us when we arrived to show us around. Our studio apartment was very spacious and well-equipped. It had a balcony where we could sit outside and eat or relax with a view out to sea or up to Vidova Gora. In a couple of minutes, we were down at the harbour and all the cafes and restaurants and afterwards we could return to the peacefulness and the view from the apartments. It is a lovely shaded walk to Zlatni Rat but we actually preferred the smaller beaches near the old monastery which were about five minutes walk away. Matea recommended a great local restaurant and allowed us to leave our bags after checkout which both added to our stay.

The host is fantastic. She is very friendly, warm and she was accessible during our stay in case we needed something. Really committed host. Also, on the way to the apartment the communication with her was easy and straight forward. She showed us the flat, welcomed us with a local map explaining places to visit around. We loved the balcony and its nice views, loved eating out there.

This location is very close to the most beautiful beach on the coast and the center city. The host is very friendly and kind. The most lovely part of the apartment is balcony with a sea view and a small garden.

The stricture is quite old with old furniture and sanitary. The WiFi connection is a bit poor.
