The apartment is worn out a bit. No running water (low water pressure) in the bathroom.
Lots of loca
l families with children so expect a lot of noise. If you travel as a couple and want privacy and quiet then go somewhere else...

Easy check in, you have to register in the lobby with the guard and contact the owner of the studio to access the room.the room has a kitchenette so you can cook your food.

Clean, the view is good, personnel brought me a blanket, when I asked.
Guard in the lobby had no idea about booking, was rude with me, I had to call the property to fix this situation. Check-in took long time, we were moving from one room to another.
The bed was not comfortable, furniture is old and damaged, no soap in the room, the balcony is tiny.

We like the view specially we get to see city lights at night and taal lake at day time. The mini sofa beside the bed helps a lot when we feel like sitting while watching netflix. They have a fast WIFI connection as well. The kitchen is well equip with all of the things you need and the bath room/rest room is clean.
What we don't like is the bed because it is a two single beds combined as one and there is a gap between them. It is uncomfortable to sleep and as a result, we chose to sleep on one side of the bed because of the gap in the middle of it. Hopefully, they will replace it with one full bed.

The aircon was working good.
The bathroom and mini kitchen are all clean.
The shower has its working water heater.
There were enough home appliances available to use such as refrigerator (w/ freezer), microwave oven etc.
There is really a balcony with nice view of the lake.
The lights available are all dim lights, no day light available.
There is a particular convenience outlet that shows that had a past blown-off history.
The TV remote controller is not working (maybe the batteries need to be replaced).

The room is exactly like the photos. Very spacious and clean. Perfect spot to view Taal. The staff and the owner! I love how well organized the rental process is!

Very attentive staff and very accommodating of our last minute change in check in time due to unforeseeable circumstance
Any other request/query we had were responded to very promptly also
The toilets were impeccably clean!

Location is also very convenient
There were roaches when we entered the unit
When we found more the next day, we requested for a clean up and spray down of the unit. They were quick to respond and cleaned the unit, also changed the beddings and towels

I love the view from the balcony, specially at night, its a mixture of city lights and taal. The location was good too, very accessible. It was easy to communicate with the host.
The bathroom was really small and the room ceiling has lots of scotch tape on it. Medyo natrigger pagiging OC ko kasi its above the bed, so pag nakahiga kitang kita. The sofa bed only had a small cover that didnt really cover anything, medyo madumi din. The door had stains (na medyo creepy to be honest).
