Sammy人真的太好了，先住，不着急给钱，你先住。摩托车你先开，没事。主要是你住了，你开了，他也还是原来说好的价格，真的便宜30块钱一天摩托车，其实我们骑了一个下午，第二天一天，第三天上午，他还是给我按一天的价算，真的太好了。
而且我们去冲浪，去机场，都是他帮我们联系的，真的非常友好。
住房很惬意，像自己家的小院子一样，还有小泳池可以泡一泡~👍👍👍

The staff was really helpfull with us, providing a really good service
The A/C don’t work properly, they should read the complaints in the reviews. They are not powerful enough, we need to changed room because was too hot but the better option was not really different, at least they hadn’t charge more for the 2nd room

The room was clean at least and the location was not bad...
Paying the shuttle that was suppose to be free both ways, AC not working, swimming pool burning due to too much salt in the water... The place doesn't really look like the picture anymore also... The room was actually clean and didn't smells too bad. But you can find better places for less money...

All fine - Sammy and co are really friendly and made me feel really welcome. Quiet place.
Room and bathrooms kept clean consistently.
Mark down just for the 5 birds in the tiny cages. Cultural I know, but still cruel and not nice to see when sitting outside.

The staff was super friendly and always with a smile. Very helpful with all our questions. The rooms were nice and clean and we had a great stay.
It was a bit far to reach the main road. If there would be a more direct way to reach the main road the location would be super as well.

The pool was not in a condition to swim. It was too expensive.

Half a roll of toilet paper and not in bathroom by on book shelf.
No water available to purchase on sight.
Poorly signposted and definitely out of the way.
I only had one night in Kuta. I arrived late. There are no Gojek or grab. No way to get to townZ thankfully a local boy drove me to get dinner and back.
Very over priced compared to other properties. I laid 629000 idr for one night. Should have been 150000

Nice breakfast, friendly staff, pool, clean and comfortable rooms. Outdoor sitting areas. Green garden.
Not too close to the centre of Kuta. Had birds in very small cages ☹️

Spacious room and bathroom, both were clean
The pool was green and completely unusable, it was getting cleaned towards the end of our stay but it’s a shame the pictures did not match the hostel

Fantastic stay, very close to restaurants and has a beautiful gym next door. The owner Sammy is super friendly as is his son and other staff members. Breakfast is also lovely, I’d stay again.

Great place to stay close to the Main Street in Kuta. Beds were comfortable. You have a small locker to put valuables but big backpacks go on the storage shelf in the room. Free breakfast was great and a very nice touch!

Overall quite good guesthouse in Kuta.
We rented a motorbike from Sammy very easily. Great to go in town (3min) or to the nearby beaches.
There was mold on the room's walls, the smell from the bathroom was quite bad and the air conditioning very noisy.
The pool water was green when we arrived.

Only one thing: My „room“ in the dorm was a bit moldy…maybe clean that up. But other then that i enjoyed my stay at sammy‘s! Thank you!

The location was pretty close to all the nice restaurants and bars. Good value for money.
Bed was not that comfy, but maybe other rooms are better.

Clean, comfortable, the breakfast was nice (they even used natural honey from Lombok, which is impressive), Sammy was very helpful and accommodating.
The pool should have lights in the evening. But it’s only our preference, as we know some guests might not like it.

Sammy and his family are lovely. The rooms are very clean and the air conditioning is great. We originally booked for two nights and ended up staying for four. Close to the town but also on the outskirts so it’s nice and quiet at night. You can hire scooters from Sammy for a good price.

Clean and good location (about 15 minutes walk to the center of Kuta). The breakfast was good !
There was hot water when we arrived, and the next morning… no water at all.
The pool doesn’t look like the pictures at all.
There is some construction at the moment so it makes the path quite hard to access the property and it is very muddy.

Sammi and his family were excellent hosts, always helpful and nice to us. Was nice to be able to rent the scooter directly from the homestay which had a nice location just 5min by scooter to the center of Kuta.
