Perfect location down town Modica
Friendly and helpfull host.
Accommodation perfect: Good bathroom, bedroom, sitting area, kitchen and private terrace
and (thank god) a good functionating airconditioner.
Everything was as explaned.

Big room and comfortable bed. Big toilet, super clean and big.
Very good A/C and WI-FI connection.
Good kitchen to prepare breakfast, with coffee, water and juices.
The location is great, very near to the cathedral and seceral points of interest.
Free parking in the same street.
The owner was very kind, she recommended several restaurants.

Location in very central but still easy to park. The place is very characteristic, beautiful and very large room.

Flexibility with check-in and check-out. Right at the main attractions, and a great base for long walks exploring the city. Full-featured kitchen. Coffee machine. Bathroom.
How difficult it is to reach the city center with public transport was an important factor in opting for a car transfer.
