A comfortable and spacious apartment for two (but up steep stairs so might not be suitable for all). Very well placed on Rye High St. Would book again.

Very charming and spacious flat in an excellent location in Rye old town centre. Nicely furnished with period charm. Very enjoyable stay in this lovely town !
Stairs to the bedroom are really steep. I was Ok with it but I would not be recommend this flat for elderly people or people with some mobility issues.

Very central and clean. Comfortable sofa and chairs. Plenty of plates etc.
We would have liked more large towels. Also the bed was a bit too soft so when one person got into bed the other was bounced about!!

A great location. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting room and bedroom. There was a choice of places to eat within walking distance and lots of interesting shops and places to visit close by. Rye is a charming town with good public transport links . Very easy if travelling by train as the property is only 5 minutes walk from the station and parking near the property is not possible.
The bathroom let the property down. It was very tired and dated. The shower wasn’t very easy to use and the whirlpool bath didn’t work. Although the bathroom was clean there was black mould around the edge of the tiles which didn’t look very nice.

Spacious, bright, clean, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen with cleaning products, and great central location with nice views from all the windows
No coffee machine or shower gel on my visit… but surrounded by great cafés and two pharmacies, so no worries

The location of the apartment is great. It is clean, spacious, all the necessary facilities are there. The host is easily approachable and communication is great. No issues whatsoever, highly recommended.

Perfect for a break from the madness of the past year.

Perfect location and good sized property.
Classic decoration matching with the traditional streets.
Unpractical shower and the bed was way too soft (personal opinion).
No welcoming goodies such as toiletries and kitchen supplies. (Only a pot of old sugar and some jam)
We had to ask for a coffee machine which was expecyed in the booking list.
However Karen reacted quickly to meet our needs.
Small repairs could perfect the flat (bath jets not working, kitchen storage handles falling apart...)
