Price...we did not feel the facility was a good value...$466 for two night was high compared to our other stays while in Ontario

Room was great! Bed excellent. Washroom very good.

We arrived an hour ahead of time and wanted to check in. But we’re told there would be a $20 fee. It was obvious that the hotel was not very busy and our toon was likely empty and ready. How very ridiculous, greedy, ungracious and inhospitable can a hotel chain get. We were also disappointed that there was no maid service to make our bed and tidy up. Standard service expected at any hotel.

Cleanliness of the room and friendly staff.

Water keeps running everywhere when having a shower, that made the floors so wet.

new property so very clean

maintenance issue with in room coffee maker and tv. came in fairly late from long drive and wanted to relax with coffee and tv but neither worked. found out that coffee was available in lobby after the fact and tv could not be fixed and no other rooms available. tub also very slippery so had to wear flip flops so we wouldn’t fall and no grab rail to keep balance. all in all not what we wanted to deal with.

I had to come down three times because my room key didn’t work properly. Found a couple hairs on floor near shower.

The stay was quiet and staff was friendly and courteous. Would definitely book again.

New, clean building.

Pool was closed. Had to find my own milk for cereal i. The am. Difficult to find Inn, on a very dark unlit street.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included, which was good and value for money. The room was clean and tidy. The shower water was hot enough. No complaints if you only need to sleep for a night because of transit.

The shower water power can be stronger. Forgot to fill up the tissue paper inside the box. Please don't forget to bring your own toothbrush.

Room was spacious and clean

I don't get the carton plates and plastic knifes for breakfast.. it's so sad. Curtains in the room where not designed to be closed.. had light from the gas station and street in my room during the night. not too bad, just weird
