Location was perfect, staff are great and rooms as you’d expect

There is no more pool, they shut it down - they should have updated that on booking.com and remove the pool photos.

extremely loud all night. sound from street traffic, dogs barking and hens from 3 am. no facilities and services available in the property. not even bottled water.

The only 2 good things were the location and the security guy.

The hotel looks abandoned. Rooms are smelly and dark. Bedhseets with stains or holes. Bathroom dirty with lime in the shower. We used the glasses the first night for soup and they did not change them in 3 days. We had to take toilet paper from their trolley because again the staff was coming just to make the bed and clean a bit the surfaces but they did not care to see that we had no toilet paper. Wifi was working so-so. In 4 days calling reception we never managed to get anyone to pickup the phone, they were never there basically. The rooftop pool was closed for reformation but they never informed us. They dont care to switch on the hotel lights during the day so it looks like you are entering a cave. In summary, a lot of work to be done there, one of the most disappointing hotels I've ever been.
