The host never showed up, after contacting us by phone. I had to find accommodation in another hotel. I am very disappointed with this person and with Booking for allowing this class of hosts in their list of alternatives. I'm going to file a lawsuit to get my money back.

Very modern loft style apartment right in the centre of Toledo. Right around the corner from the Cathedral! Basic facilities and good enough for a short stay. Self check in with the phone was easy to use.

The host was not very communicative with information but answered quickly when asked questions about how to check in, times and parking. We were disappointed as we had two bath towels to use and both were wet so we had to use the hand towels....

The apartment is located in the very center of the town, near the cathedral, it has a small kitchenette, various kitchen stuff and a coffee machine. From the roof terrace you can have a view over the town`s roofs and towers. The host responds quickly to all requests and does everything possible to solve any emergent problems.

The apartment is quite small and hardly intended for 3 adults who are not from one family. The bathroom is located directly in one of the rooms which makes it not very comfortable to use for people staying in the second room. All the windows face the internal hallway of the building not a street or a yard, and the lights in the hallway turn on every time you pass the windows because they detect the movement. The same happens when some neighbor passes the hallway outside the apartment. The apartment seemed not very clean at once, but the fact that the host decided to send the cleaning service again after our complaints speaks in his favor.

Location is perfect and the appartment has everything you need.

despite the apartment is very nice, it would require a bit of refurbishment, i.e. bathroom door not opening properly.

The apartment is lovely, lots of character and well equipped. Comfortable bed and bedding. Great location in the old town. If it wasn't for the stairs we'd definitely stay again. If you don't mind stairs, we'd recommend this lovely apartment.

The apartment was difficult to find. We were on the phone constantly to, I presume, was an agent? We would not expect an owner to give such bad customer service. He said he opens the door when we arrive remotely. It actually stated on Booking. Com that we would be met at the property to be given the keys. We asked where the car park was and went there and walked to the apartment. He certainly wasn't going to leave his office to assist. Apartment is on the top floor, up 4 flights of stairs, no good for people with mobility problems.

Excellent location for a visit to Toledo. A well designed attic studio apartment.

It was not easy to find and direction should have been emailed to me by the host in advance (where to find the car park, how to find the apartment from the car park etc). Not suitable for anyone with limited mobility. It is up a flight of steep stairs with no lift. The washing machine , which was advertised as an amenity, was in use when we arrived and was never emptied.
