We stayed at this hotel for the connivence of being close to the airport. Indeed it was close. Parking is AU$30 per night. Staff was just ok. The room was nice and it was quiet. We did not hear any planes. Checkin and bar/food was on the penthouse floor. That had some decent views.

Staff could have been a bit more friendly and helpful.

Sehr gemütliches Bett, großes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Flughafen und einem bequemen Sessel davor. Check-In und Check-Out waren sehr einfach.

Die Dusche war eine Fehlkonstruktion und es lief Wasser unter der Glaswand hindurch ins ganze Bad. Das hoteleigene Parkhaus fanden wir mit 30$ pro Tag (in unserem Fall von 22 - 7 Uhr) überteuert.

The hotel is located within an easy 10 minute walk from the domestic terminal and features reasonable prices and compact comfortable rooms. We used it when transiting between a late night international arrival and an early morning domestic departure and it suited our purposes well.

We were in the hotel for about 7 hours in total so our experience with the hotel is quite limited.

Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean but I did find a few long black hairs on the floor- I have short light coloured hair.

Dining facilities were not what I was expecting and the roof top room was also disappointing.

For one night near the airport, it was ok. Room was big and staff ok. Grab n go for food and drinks is convenient.

The annoying bathroom vent that didn’t turn off and some noise from outside. Windows not super insulated.

Citadines always delivers value for money. Good bed, quiet, good size room.

convenient & close to the airport

The bed was comfortable, and the bar was open with convenient store options. Eg. noodles, sandwiches, chips. Great idea for light meals.

- Its proximity to the airports and a walking distance to Mascot train station. - The reception being on the top floor - great concept as the views of the airport are pretty good. - The Grab and Go cafe has a rear decking that you are able to view the city skyline.

The Grab and Go cafe does not have a coffee machine for use after hours.

Terrace, bed, location

All the road/tunnel closures made it difficult and longer to get there Bar shut at 9:30pm, cafe didn’t open till 7am, terrible for travellers arriving late/early No room service even though booking info and reception said there would be No orientation to facilities The person answering the phone was useless, wasn’t able to answer any of my questions and kept putting me on hold, I was told he was training - practice on someone else plz! View was of construction site Air con not great/adjustable Parking too low for our Ute

Der Shuttle Service ist zu teuer, zu selten, bedient auch andere Hotels vorher, nicht komfortabel. Taxi ist schneller und günstiger

It was a great room, had everything in it we needed. Reception person was good, and helpful. Having the airport close by was great, as we flew in from the USA and needed the room only for the night as we flew the next day home to Townsville. Will definitely recommend the hotel to my family and friends.

The room was super clean, comfy and completely soundproof. Having a fridge and kettle with tea/coffee was really useful. Staff were very helpful and friendly, check in & out was easy....the cafe area upstairs is lovely...the shuttle bus to/from the airport is convenient. All in all great place to stay.

location and 24hour bar/cafe. great airport view. my 6 year old loved the lounge and swing seats. please r atmosphere. great with kids and pets.

Room had a slight smell, may have been coming in from elsewhere.

1) Business Class Rooms have AWESOME views of the runway. It has HUGE floor to ceiling viewing windows, you can pull up a chair and just watch the aircraft landing and departing. It overlooks both Domestic and International runways. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. 2) Easy access. Though there is a shuttle, we walked from Domestic terminal because it's so close. We took their shuttle the next morning to the International Terminal. 3) The hotel is bright and light, with great shared spaces which have suspended swing chairs by the large windows overlooking the airports. Everything exactly as in the hotel photos. It was not crowded.

1) We did not see obvious signage or information on how to get to Sydney for the day. This information, and information on how to easily get to attractions like Circular key, Harbour ferries, Sydney Opera House etc would have been immensely helpful if readily available and promoted at reception or in room. 2) There are no restaurants or cafes nearby, their chef was only there for dinner and in between you have only 'gas station style' pre made sandwiches from a display fridge. We spent the entire day at the hotel, and a good lunch would have been appreciated. No roof top pool or cosy outdoor viewing area on the roof to keep you busy. We ended up spending the entire day in the room.

Close to the airport. Modern and comfortable. our room was quiet. Canteen style cafe for food, snacks and treats. Full bar facility-available 24hrs.

Be prepared, that despite its close proximity to the airport, it took ages to get to by shuttle-traffic and other hotel drop offs en route. Allow extra time.

I don’t know why I wasn’t expecting much from this hotel but it certainly exceeded my expectations!

Nothing not to like! Wxceot maybe the carpark ramp, really looks like it’s only one way, could use some mirrors or cameras to make sure no one is on their way up when you’re on your way down.
