It is a spacious, clean apartment very close to the beach. The hosts were friendly and helpful.
We missed only the microwave oven.

The location is very nice. Beach is really close. Road to the house is not that of an issue, despite this being mentioned in other comments. It is a narrow street and only one car can pass at a time but is OK. The accommodation is simple but clean. Kitchen is rather designed for smaller meals such as breakfasts. Mind that there is no microwave, no dishwasher and no washing machine. Hosts are very nice and helpful, for example when we needed to change a light bulb it was done promptly.
The beach is sandy and with few people (first half of July). Safe for kids, but adults have to walk 250 m if you want at least waist deep water. If you prefer pebble stones, go to Suha Punta. I highly recommend it, it is superb beach. It is only about 10-15 min by car from this place.
Bed mattresses need replacement. Internet is on the weaker side, a new router or a stronger plan could help. (Your phone internet will not replace is as there is weak reception) But one should not be on internet when on holidays anyway. Crib was not available upon request. That is slightly strange, as the island is really targeted towards families.

Very comfortable apartment with lots of space, a big balcony with a view at the sea and the beach.
If there is a TV in the apartment it should have a better programme scheme. German satellite programmes are of no use to non-german speaking.

Very friendly hosts - they even brought us some chocolates for my son’s birthday - very close to the beach, family friendly area, nice balcony, all lovely!
No complaints! Maybe the WiFi was a bit weak, but we were too busy having fun to notice :)
