close to the beach, quiet area
it was mentioned in the booking that property is sea view which wasn’t true, maintenance is poor although the staff are good and responsive, I felt it is a bit over priced, also the passes for the beach have to be charged either for 3 or 7 days, regardless you use it or not! although you are paying your full rent, if the pass isn’t charged they don’t allow you at the gate, really annoying!

The 2 bedroom house looks exactly like the pictures which is something rare specially non-hotel bookings. So thats a positive thing. On-site staff was welcoming and friendly during check-in & check-out. Thanks to Mr. Hossam although we disagreed on the utility fees but all was good.
Mainly cleanliness of the place. Although we pay a high fee + tips for housekeeping. The cleaning staff just hid dirt under furniture. Of-course we only discovered this after moving a chair or a beanbag but 1st impression upon entry with the nice airfreshner smell is that the place is clean. But again once you open the curtains as they have it closed upon entry. And some sunlight enters the only rug in the house needs to be sweeped as its full of sand. The sofa had sand behind the cushions. Some drawers weren't closing. One or two lights were not working. Bedroom shutter not opening, bathroom mirror light not working.
So we think the place just needs some maintenance and a proper clean and it would be perfect!
We mainly were on the beach most of the day and only used the place to shower & sleep so it was okay. But if someone is planning to cook and dine there I think they should make sure everything is clean.

The staff was accommodating. I faced some troubles, yet, the staff was very open to helping and providing all necessary support around the clock. The general manager, Mohamed Abdel Magid, and his Sahel team, headed by Ibrahim, are very gentlemanly and generous. I recommend the property because of its management, stunning location, and comfort.
It's not about Prime but Amwaj policies itself. Amwaj beach guards won't let you enter beach #1 in front of your Prime property because it is reserved for Amwaj owners only, and you need to walk around 1,000 meters to reach beach number 5, which is reserved for rentals. I was in luck because one of my friends was there; by chance, he was an Amwaj owner. Yet, next time, I must have a long walk trip to and from the beach with my kids.

It was good but needs to some services like blower or room service for daily cleaning as it is paid previously.
It needs hard soaps in the toilets

It wasn't suitable for swimming and enjoyment due to the sea tide and crimson which was very high and the waves were very high which pushed us to swim at the pools which was very amazing & clean and clear

One TV was ok
First of all out of no where I was asked to go and charge for electricity and water and it wasn't mentioned anywhere I believe this is not hotel service.
Dirty blankets and utensils.
The pass was just a resipt with my name on itnot cards as usual so imagine 6 adults when ever asked for the pass card I have to be there with my ID. Even on the pool.
The garden doors won't lock.
Checking in and out at least 90 min late because the representative won't show up and u keep calling him and he keeps telling u I am on my way.
To cut story short don't book with prime terrible experience 😢😢
Garden,lights,water heater weren't great but if u insist on going enjoy the surprise 🙃
