though the rooms were labeled as sound proof, it was loud in the room well into the night from what we think was the service elevator. it was annoying. it should also be more clear which rooms have the tubs in the rooms.

Location was good.

Bait and Switch. Delux double advertised having a bath (bait) but the fine print says they can substitute (switch) for a shower. My partner and I were excited for our Bath tub, we had paid extra to get one (and would have paid more if we knew we needed to), we had bath bombs all lined up and were told we didn't get a bath tub. You can easily add separate listings to booking.com deluxe with bath and deluxe with shower. Hiding behind fine print does not excuse this deception. Also no nut cracker for the walnuts in the room.

Great location, great room. Would stay again for sure. Breakfast was decent. Omelets to.order was nice!

Told by waitress that I could charge meal to room or credit card but had to pay tip by cash. Found this odd, but it is their policy, she wasn't lying. When you don't have cash...it sucks for the waitress on the spot.

we liked everything. It was generously appointed, spotlessly clean and the location could not have been better. I liked that it had character and there was an excellent restaurant downstairs. The breakfast was generous and the staff were incredibly friendly.

Warm, traditional and friendy, just like the neighborhood (well, maybe not the Porta Nigra!).

It's a bit of a walk from the train station but worth it!!!

Everything was exceptional. Breakfast was great. The receptionist was attentive. Our room was extraordinary. There was a lift so no concerns about our luggage. Restaurant on site was very good.

Arrival directions to the parking lots. To arrive you need to park at an expensive short term parking lot, unload luggage, check in, then within a short period move your car to a longer term parking lot about a 15 minute walk away.

Room was beautiful and comfortable bed!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Anything we asked for while staying there, they were able to assist us. They assisted with holding our luggage for a few days while we were away, the did our laundry for us when we asked, the breakfast is delicious and the restaurant food and service was excellent. The room we had was very clean, bed was comfortable, and we had a private balcony which was really nice and we were able to have dinner on the balcony. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff there can also speak and understand english. Silvia at the front desk provided us with excellent customer service.

Every thing was exceptional. There is nothing that I didn't like. I absolutely love this hotel and is scheduled to stay there one last time before heading home to the US.
