Location was amazing

Photos made the common spaces a lot bigger than they actually were. House was not cleaned properly.

Location of this property is amazing. In the heart of Mt Buller. It does have a cozy feel. The drying room is huge and fantastic. Kitchen is great and well stocked. The Buller team were very responsive and attentive. Fire place is really great and beds were super comfy.

The property has had a cheap Reno done. We had a door with no door handles, the pantry cabinet was coming away from the wall. A piece of the stove top burner knob was missing. There were shavings left from where the work was done on the door and a dirty pillowcase from where the shavings has fallen. We paid a lot of money to stay here and whilst it was enjoyable we didn’t feel it was great value for money. It was really nice but was expecting abit more luxury for the price. It’s also abit like being in a fish bowl with no views and stares directly into apartment across and you can’t access the balcony.
