We dropped our bags at the hotel and carried on to HK. We got a phone call from someone from the hotel while we were having an early dinner in HK telling us that if we did not get back to the hotel by 8pm they would cancel our room. We arrived back at around 9.30pm and were told that our booking was cancelled. We were offered different rooms and were able to stay in the end but it added a lot of unnecessary stress to our day as we were in HK for a hospital appointment.
