Location is the only plus point with sitting area in garden facing the sea.
Facilities are not maintained properly. Cleanliness is a big concern area. Guest services are poor. The pool area doesn't have towels. The staff will say "NO" for everything without giving you an alternative.

The view of the property was really good n beautiful.
The rooms were not up to mark as per price charged . Specially the washroom were not that much clean.

3. We went for breakfast at 10 am - no fresh cutlery, except for puri and sabzi and chicken none of the trays were refilled
4. We had booked sea facing room but did not get sea facing rooms - we had to lean from the balcony and turn 90 degrees left to get a glimpse of the sea (if this qualifies as a sea facing room then !!!!!!!!!! 😳)
5. Room pricing is NOT AT ALL proportional to the services provided - very and unnecessarily high

After natural disaster it's good come back.because after disaster i was visit ur place.it was horrible.but now so many changes happened and it's look quite good.
Room interior is good, facilities and ur ground stuff also doing great job.
Last time when i was visit each room you were provide sleeper but this time i was disappointed regarding this.
I don't get it. So if u can implement again this thing then it will good.

the place is a good value for money and the food they serve is delicious. my 5 year old can not eat spicy food and when I asked the kitchen staffs to make the food accordingly, they have obliged to our requests and made sure we didn’t face any issues with the food.
the swimming pool for the kids was not cleaned up properly. we saw a lot of dead flies floating around.

The management the room and the food....in booking time they showed that's our room has buthtub and that's the main point I have booked the hotel but when I reached the hotel...i found that they don't given me that room...and when I asked them they told me that they don't have any bathtubs in the hotel..
And I wanted a sea view room but they provide a room from where I barely can see the sea view

Staff behaviour
Facility has a dilapidated look. The furniture look shabby. The size of the room is small commensurate the price. Very tiny balcony, didn’t face the sea. The food was worthless in terms of taste.

Location ,view, access to the beach , garden , availability of pool, decent food, fantastic location and spacious room.
1. Pool was extremely dirty. The water was literally muddy and we were told by the staff that it will take 3 days to clean
2. Water seepage in the room due to waste water from AC outlet seeping in the wall instead of going out. Though it was promptly repaired, it should have been done before alloting the room
3. Extensive storm damage is visible all around the property... Broken swings, fallen boundary wall, damaged patio roofs . Requires repairs
4. Poor access to the property. The final 100 m is like going on a treasure hunt.
5. For the facilities offered and quality of food, the property is priced a little bit on the higher side
